Problems Around
the Resort
RESALE'S & RENTALS Resale's are being handled by FNTC on the Isle of Man and not by the resort. All requests for weeks available should be directed to them. Their Phone number is ;- 01624 630614 and ask for the Puerto Colon section. The Sterling cost is roughly £400 for a studio, £550 for a 1 bedroom and £700 for a duplex plus the FNTC fees. If you do purchase extra weeks please send by post, fax or email a photocopy of your certificate, not the original, to the Resort so they can update their records. FNTC seem a bit slow in informing Resort and we are taking this up with them. To register your new weeks with RCI send them a photocopy of your membership certificate.
RENTALS. The club do have
some units to rent in most weeks. Mainly sleep 4 Studios with the occasional 1
bedroom or duplex. They can be rented daily or weekly.
Unfortunately resales to owners and their friends and family have now slowed down. How about telling work colleauges and friends about renting an apartment.
If we can rent out unsold weeks it gets us more income and so keeps maintenance down.
The non owner rates are 343euros for a studio that sleeps 4, 469euros for a 1 bedroom that sleeps 4 and 595euros for a 2 bedroom duplex that sleeps 6 and there is availability all year round. The rates are per unit not per person. The temperatures are good all year round as well. If you are a bit shy about asking work colleauges then how about putting something on the firms noticeboard.
