Allegedly the government responsible for the two Bali bombings and an attack on the Australian embassy in Jakarta cannot now be blamed because the Indonesian authorities claim to have blown up a man they blamed it on.
Azahari bin Husin, the man they claim was responsible but now cannot give any evidence contrary to what has been claimed by the authorities because they alleged to have witnessed that he was blown up.
Quite strange was the fact that the Un-Australian headlined it this morning before any alleged DNA result confirmed the death of the alleged person Azahari bin Husin. Did he even exist? Will you be satisfied with the alleged DNA testing by the Indonesian authorities? Was he the Bali bomber? Did he execute both explosions in the first Bali bombing?
Has he been dead for some time and his DNA stored?
Sorry to tell everyone out there in TV land but there is more to this than meets the air waves and because it is claimed Husin was cornered by police in East Java means you have to trust the Indonesian police?
Seems the Un-Australian went out of its way to trust the Indonesian police so did AFP commissioner mick keelty and prime meanster John hoWARd?
So did all the other copycat media giants who had no proof whatsoever?
Police said it 'appeared' Azahari, Indonesia's most wanted man, had died during a police raid in the city of Malang yesterday afternoon.
Just like the Bali bombings this sensational media report appears right when hoWARd is pushing through new draconian Anti-Terrorist legislation?
Like when Australia needed some encouragement back in 2002 to go to an illegal and degrading war on Iraq, off went the first bali bombs. And the bomb that could not be created by a layman or even Azahari killing 202 people in Bali?
Indonesia's elite anti-terror squad Detachment 88, allegedly tracked Azahari and who could just have easy as lied about their mission and if you believe that then you'd believe anything.

Azahari and his Malaysian colleague Noordin Mohammed Top have been blamed by the Indonesian authorities who have not found them until reporting this claim.

A senior police officer close to the Azahari investigation said last night several informants had confirmed the dead man was Azahari?
Of course they did and just like the conclusion of a dumb monkey!
Indonesia's national deputy detective chief, General Gorries Mere, said police 'believed the dead man was Azahari'. "We suspect it is him," he said?
However, the officer said it would be some time before his death was confirmed because his body 'could have been blown to pieces'.

Allegedly two of his companions also appeared to have blown themselves up, possibly using backpack bombs similar to those used last month in the latest Bali attacks, which killed 23 people, including the three suicide bombers?
A journalist at the site told Indonesian television that he had seen the dismembered body of Azahari? Did he take a photo? "The body was in pieces but his face could still be recognised by two members of the anti-terrorist unit from Jakarta," he said. "He blew himself up together with the house."
Then we should be able to see it right? If he seen it then why don't the public see it. Will there be independent testing? And how are they going to prove whether he was the Bali mastermind?
Several other people were reportedly arrested so they know he was there? Are they going to be tortured into submission? Why didn't they confirm it was Azahari straight up?

Before any DNA testing and before identification by any independent body accept for the corrupt Indonesian police.
Azahari, who allegedly went to school and university in Adelaide, was wanted as an alleged suspect of a string of attacks on Western targets that killed hundreds of people. These included the two Bali attacks, the bombing of the Marriott hotel in Jakarta in 2003 and the bombing of the Australian embassy in Jakarta last year.
One of the 2002 explosive devices was army explosive so what you are getting from the media giants and Sydney Jones is propaganda.
It is alleged that these people were all tied up together and there have been lots of allegations about Jemaah Islamiah the organisation blamed for the State sanctioned terror that President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono could not identify with when asked by the Australian media giants whether it was a terrorist organisation. According to the state news service Antara and Indonesian media reports, plainclothes police yesterday surrounded a building in Flamboyan Street, in the suburb of Batu in Malang.

Last night, local press reported that Indonesia's national police chief, General Sutanto, was on his way to Malang, along with the East Java military commander, Major-General Samsul Mappareppa?

UK: Prisons would be legally obliged to provide specialist treatment and support to mentally ill inmates under Conservative proposals set before MPs.
The plan to only detain mentally ill prisoners in jails with specialist facilities and staff was outlined in a private members' bill proposed yesterday by Charles Hendry, the MP for Wealden.
Mr Hendry, the shadow industry minister, told the House of Commons that the current treatment of mentally ill prisoners was "a stain on our society".
He highlighted the case of 29-year-old constituent Daniel Meehan, who died this year soon after being released from prison, where for 10 years his mental health and behavioural problems were not addressed.
Mr Hendry said: "A young man with profound mental health needs died because he did not receive the help he needed. At the start of the 21st century that is something that should shame us all."
The MP said the case showed official rules that all severely mentally ill prisoners would receive treatment and that none would leave without a care plan were not being followed.
He said his bill would impose a legal requirement for mentally ill prisoners to receive appropriate specialist care.
"Those with mental health requirements would only be detained in establishments with specialised facilities and staff, trained to deal with them. And a pathway programme of support would have to be developed to ensure their mental needs are met," he told MPs.
The private members bill would also require prisons to undertake an assessment of all prisoners educational needs in a bid to address the high rates of illiteracy and innumeracy among offenders. This would improve rehabilitation by giving them the skills to find legitimate work, said the MP.
The bill, which has cross-party support, will get its second reading next year.

US: A growing number of Republican leaders, party strategists and political professional now privately tell President George W. Bush that his presidency "is effectively over" unless he fires embattled White House advisor Karl Rove, apologizes to the American people for misleading the country into war and revamps his administration from top to bottom.
"The only show of unity we have now in the Republican Party is the belief that the President has failed the party, the American people and the presidency," says a longtime, and angry, GOP strategist.
With the public face of support for Bush eroding daily from even diehard Republicans, the President faces mounting anger from within his party over the path that may well lead to loss of control of Congress in the 2006 midterm elections and the White House in 2008.
"This presidency is in trouble," says a senior White House aide. "Even worse, I don't know if there is a way out of the trouble."
Congressional leaders journeyed to the White House before Bush left on his South American tour this week to tell the President that his legislative agenda on the Hill is dead, his latest Supreme Court nominee faces a tough confirmation fight in the Senate and he is facing open revolt within party ranks.
"The Speaker is having an increasingly difficult time holding his troops in line," says a source within the office of House Speaker Dennis J. Hastert. "Anger at the President grows exponentially with each passing day."
At a recent White House strategy session, internal party pollsters told the President that his approval rating with Americans continues to slide and may be irreversible, citing his failed Iraq war, the failed Supreme Court nomination of Harriet Miers and his failure to deal decisively on a number of fronts, including Hurricane Katrina, the economy and the Valerie Plame scandal.
In meetings, leaders and strategists have suggested a number of things that Bush must do to try and save his presidency and GOP prospects in upcoming elections, including:
*Apologize to the American people, Congress and our allies for misleading them on the reasons for invading Iraq;
*Revamp the White House staff from top to bottom;
* Fire Rove.
"We keep coming back to Rove," says a GOP pollster. "He has escaped indictment, so far, but the feeling within the party is that another shoe is ready to drop and the longer he waits to jettison Rove the greater the damage. As long as Karl Rove remains at the President's side, the Bush presidency is effectively over and he is just riding out the days until the nation elects a Democrat to replace him. Even with Rove gone the damage may be irreparable."
Bush, however, has dug his heels in on Rove. When a GOP strategist suggested last weekend that the President fire Rove, Bush exploded.
"You go to hell," he screamed at the strategist. "You can leave and you can take the rest of these lily-livered motherfuckers with you!" The President then stormed out of the room and refused to meet further with any other party leaders or strategists.
Bush's escalating temper tantrums and his intransigence on political issues increase Republican worries about the long term effects on both his presidency and the party's prospects in upcoming elections.
"Right now, George W. Bush is the Republican Party's chief liability," says a GOP strategist who has advised Presidential campaigns for 30 years. "The entire political future of the party and perhaps the nation now rests on the shoulders of a President that no one - Democrat or Republican - believes in or trusts."
