Determining Plushie Selling Prices:
The list of plushies above has been organized to show material requirements and increasing complexity (work units) for each plushie. Plushie selling prices increase as you go down the list, based on number of cloth rolls used, types of materials used, and increasing complexity (work units). The plushies that will give you the best return for your investment dollar are the zafara and kougra, which each take four rolls of cloth. Of those two, the zafara is superior because it has a greater complexity (6 work units instead of just 5). However, they also tend to take longer to sell than the plushies with fewer cloth requirements. Using rare gems, velvet bags, and neocotton will also help to maximize the selling price of your plushies. The plushies with the worst return rates are those that do not use any accessories.
Tips on Choosing Which Plushies to Make:
- A variety of different plushies made with a variety of colors seems to sell better than all the same kind and same color.
- Watch those materials prices!! They go up and down during the workday (NST hours). If you can buy rare gems for 1,000np or less, you are getting a great deal and will make more profit!!
- You don't have to have the best materials to make a good profit, but using rare gems makes a huge impact on your net return.
- Plushies made with rare gems each sell for about 60np more than those made with molded plastic; however, the plushies made with plastic accessories sell almost twice as fast as those made with rare gems.
