Learn nothing at all! Dr. Frood's techniques will make it happen for you. In this group you do nothing and you are free to bore yourself to death. All meals will consist of ungarnished tofu pizzas with no crust. For entertainment, four walls will be available for staring 24 hours per day. Reading material will also be available in the form of the white pages from the local phone book. After the stage of total boredom, and having gone through the phase of utterly disgusting boredom, you enter the state of conscious boredom, thus transforming your life, so that you will be able to bore yourself anywhere, anytime for any reason without the slightest feeling of guilt. Dr. Frood will be present to thoroughly ignore you.

After this workshop all your inner parts will want to live fully every day. Since there are only 24 hours in a day, a support group will continue after this workshop so that participants can seek ways to overcome any symptoms of chronic exhaustion.
