Event:	Fund Raising for KWSH
Activity:	PostCard & Limited Edition Greeting Cards Sales (preview of design)
Date:	24th Feb 03 - 22th Mar 03
Synopsis:	Project Lifestylers, together with a group of professional and amateur photographer volunteers, produced a series of 5 photos that show volunteers with their charge at different stages of their lives. This series is to depict volunteering as something relevant to all age groups. We hope that in doing so, more people can be encouraged and inspired to come forward and volunteer. These photos will be developed into post-cards will be sold in sets of 2 for $2 to raise funds for KWSH. These photos will also be developed into Limited Edition Greeting Cards Set to be sold for $50. The Limited Edition will include a VIP invite to a reception during the launch of our "Passage. KWSH" Photo Exhibition.

Event:	Volunteer Appreciation Day
Activity:	Appreciation of KWSH’s volunteers

Sypnosis:	Volunteers are on the giving side most of the time in their relationship with their charge and the organisation. This is a program aimed at appreciating their selflessness and contributions over the past years to KWSH. This in turn aims to complete the fulfilling and satisfying experience being a volunteer.

Activity:	Photo Exhibition showcasing images of KWSH

Venue:	Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital Hall
Sypnosis:	"Passage. KWSH" is the collective work of 9 photographers based in Singapore, who gathered together in 2003 to photograph the Kwong Wai Shui Hospital. This exhibition is an attempt to record by the way of the photographic images, the bustle of activity in the traditional architectural building. The photographers wanted to find, within the limitations of these few wards, to be able to observe the traces of the pre-war feel of the place as well as creating a vital present, making a reference to the past. In this way, awareness of KWSH will be raised.

Role:	3 x packers
Synopsis:	Each set will contain 2 postcard designs, 1 free "ZO" card, and a thank you letter from KWSH. These 4 items need to be placed in a plastic pack and then sealed up. Total of 5500 sets.

Role:	3 x logistics Responsible for Logistics such as display panels, putting up of prints, etc. 5 x front-line + ushers Helping out with VIPs & guest reception, preparation of certificates. Directing and management of crowd. 1 x AV specialist Setting up projectors, lightings, sound system, etc.
