INTRODUCTION:
My name is John and I am Australian. I am also
known as Opa.
Oma and Opa being the equivalent Dutch for grandparents.
I
was also given the nickname of Professori for the help I gave to some of the
Italian community, when I was working as a Public Servant. Somehow or other the
nickname was changed to the plural form.
I do not speak Italian, however, I understand that Professore is the singular form and Professori is the plural
form of the name...but let me assure you I am only one person:)
I am an
ex-farmer, engineer, business executive, consultant, advocate and ex-public,
(civil) servant. Now retired, I enjoy making things for friends and family and
acting as a volunteer advocate for people who need help dealing with government
departments.
