Lecithin

Lecithin is primarily used for its physical properties - as emulsifying agent. Used traditionally in the production of chocolate, confectionary and powdered foods, lecithin has recently entered the pharmaceutical industry as an antioxidant that reduces cholesterol levels and balances hormonal activity. Lecithin also has many industrial uses such as in the production of paint and varnishes

Shipped in 200Kg new standard metal drums. Approx. 16 metric tonnes in a 20ft container.

Defatted Soy Flour, 20 DPI, 100 Mesh.

Defatted soy flour is a quality food ingredient that offers advantages over non-fat powdered milk in a variety of applications including bakery products, dairy blends, enriched hot and cold drinks, pre-made baking mixes, pasta, cereals and health food products. With a minimum 49% protein content, soy flour is sought for its functional properties, including gelling, emulsifying and moisturizing. 

Shipped in multi-layered 25Kg paper bags. Approx. 16 metric tonnes in a 40ft container.

Textured Soy Protein or TSP

It is used in the food industry for its physical properties that resemble meat.  Once hydrated, TSP blends to provide a chewyness that is analog to ground meat, poultry or fish, providing a minimum 49% protein content with all the economic and health benefits of vegetable protein.  Shipped in multi-layered 15Kg paper bags.  Approx. 16 metric tonnes in a 40ft container.
