Here at Evergreen Acres we also have a small apartment complex . They are small efficiency apartments that are leased on an annual basis. Most of our residents have been here for many years, some as long as 22 years. Our oldest resident is 105 years of age. Yes, I did say 105 years young. It isn't a mistake. She lives alone and has a minimum of outside care. Our residents are considered to be part of one big, happy family here at Evergreen Acres. All residents are invited to our annual picnic that takes place during early August each year. This allows the RV park residents and Apartment residents the opportunity to mingle and to get acquainted with one another.

During the summer months we have as many as 30 to 40 persons occupying Evergreen Acres and although it covers only 5 acres, it spreads in such a manner that most of the RV guests are seperated from the apartment residents. Because of this and a mix of retired and employed persons we hold events during the summer months to create an atmosphere for all to mingle which is why we are able to maintain close harmony.
