File Splitting Programs

• Using MasterSplitter & SplitIt
  Both MasterSplitter and SplitIt are useful tools for splitting large files in small fragments and re-joining. A problem occurs when a part is missing. Go to this site to see a work-around to this problem.
  


• MasterSplitter(TM)
  MasterSplitter(TM) will split large files in order to move them via floppies or for transmission via E-mail. MasterSplitter(TM) is an ultra-fast 32 bit file splitter. The file can either be a binary or a text file. The program features an intuitive graphical user interface that makes splitting files easy.
  


• HJSplit
  HJSplit splits large files to make them easier to transport. With HJSplit, you can also compare two files, generate checksums, and last but not least, glue the previously split file parts back together again. This is a very useful program for transferring large files onto floppy disks or through networks.
