1988 Pontiac Firebird Formula

We have only had this car since January 12th 2002. It is powered by an LB9 (305 Tuneport) and a 700R4 transmission. The only mods to the drive train is the addition of an Accel Coil, K& N Filter, ADS prom chip and a Dynomax cat back. The suspension is where this car really shines. It has a Lakewood lower control arms, Lakewood adj. panhard bar, stainless steel braided brake lines, Sportline progressive rate springs, KYB adj. shocks, poly. engine, transmission, torque arm, lcas, panhard bar, front end, and end link bushings. All of this rides on Goodyear Eagle HP Tires. This baby will handle like its on rails. The paint is faded from a poor repaint and the spoiler has the normal cracks in it from age. Future plans call for the addition of a fiberglass 92 T/A wing and a Sunsoast Creations Ram Air I hood and a fresh coat of paint. The interior will receive new front seats and a new dash pad. Under hood will be a Paxton super charger if all goes as planned. Stay tuned, things are about to get interesting
