The creation of Pre-hospital Care Professional Institute (PCPI) which is a non-profit and an officially registered pre-hospital care educational institute in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Peoples Republic of China means the advent of a professional mindset on rendering and promoting pre-hospital care knowledge and technique to the general public with a concept of continuous quality assurance.

PCPI collaborates with various organizations to provide the relevant skills and information that meet or exceed the needs of their members.

PCPI is organized by a group of well-trained and veteran paramedic instructors and nurses pledging their faith to initiative, innovation and improvement and built upon the following four pillars:-
