TRUE LOVE
They say that love can make you dance,
That love can make you sing.
That love is so very invaluable,
The world’s most precious thing.
That love makes your heart flutter,
It makes your knees go weak.
That it makes thinking difficult,
Every word so hard to speak.
They say that love is made in heaven,
Where no mortal dare intercede.
That it is but the most beautiful thought,
The most wondrous deed.
But they never seem to tell you how,
You can find this love ever so true.
That the one person who seems so special,
Can never be the person meant for you.
They never tell you about people,
For whom love is nothing but a game.
That the person you really care for,
Can only give you hardships and pain.
So someone please tell me,
Will I ever experience love divine?
Will I ever find someone?
Who I can say is truly mine.
And if so then someone please,
Be kind enough to tell me now.
Where when and how,
Will I find my TRUE LOVE?
