forget…it is not that easy…
The same for every man or woman. The actions that you do
therefore have to be very carefully charted out. Then only do the action. For
example, going head over heels for a man or woman. In the case study above, the
woman went on monitoring and monitoring without the basic first step. “Are you
interested?” Something which have to been done by any woman before going into
day-dreaming and fantasizing, to prevent similar mistakes in their own
environment and life. The face to face request. If not interested, then over.
Nothing else. Just because you ask a guy whether he is interested or not
doesn’t mean he is going to eat you straight away. The guy might even admire
that you, the woman really want him. By asking, you show you want to be honest
and truthful to him. Straight forward and simple. No beating around the bush.
The surprising thing that happened there is that the woman did everything-
gossiping, monitoring A – Z, etc that a normal woman doesn’t do, over a long
period of time, WITHOUT the basic questioning!
It so happened that by virtue of certain actions, praise the
Lord, the same concept of can’t forget is applicable to the other side also.
For example, go and ask any man. Will that man continue dealing with a woman
who have had sexual relations with other men, when that man was not around? I
mentioned the case of a husband who returns home to find his wife and her
boy-friend having passionate sex in their own bed-room. In such a fictitious
case, will that husband ever forget what he saw? Will he ever deal with the
woman who calls herself his wife? Any man of pride will cut off all further
contact with such an immoral woman. Women who hold such concepts as a part of
fashion or glamour, where you just do it when you feel doing it, even if it not
your lover or husband.
So there is no point in holding on the decision of “having my
own way, no matter what”. Something is just not out there, to have.
Some mistakes look very small to some but to others it matters a
lot. You can’t expect your same ideology for everyone.
When a woman says she loves someone in public, then the
expectation of the same public is that the woman will not have any other sexual
relations, while she is in that state of love. You just can’t have the opposite
things. You can have only one. The word love gets meaningless, when the woman
have other relationships as well as holding on to the “love”. Maybe some other
meaning.
A good case study for many other copycat women of modern
society. For today, she is not an isolated case. Many, many women in different
societies follow the same pattern; leaving man to continue following a similar
ideology or find ways to come out of the “weakness” altogether. The romantic
concept of perfect love, ideal husband, ideal wife all remains a fictitious
concept of the mind only, rarely in practice in modern society - just a waste
of time even to think or ponder.

Today, who cares…We are just looking into the psychology of
modern women. The morality. Women who preach love, moves from their far-away
homes into a nearby house or even institutions for observing the target, loudly
proclaims their intention of love to the surrounding people and THEN have a
different life undercover. Very strange…What they say and what they do, just
doesn’t correlate. From the case-study, the advice is, think twice before
having anything to do with modern women, no matter what society.
Not having anything to do with them, to shun them completely is
always the best option. In majority of cases, love means money.
Initially they start off as “Oh! He doesn’t love…he just want to
make money” As time drags on, the concept reverses with the stalker opening up
your bank account by other means (inside bank contacts) to check your bank
balance, “How to get back the money I wasted…”, ”What a rip-off!”.
To hunt a man, you invest a considerable amount of money on
advanced gadgets for monitoring. When you don’t get the man, where is the
return on investment?? You end up having a sizable dead investment in your
hands – spy devices. Throw it away? The mind doesn’t allow that, just like
that…You know, the mind clings to the devices…Oh…my investment…You are tied to
the gadgets. In short, you fell …in love with the spy devices! …The wrong
“guy”!

Erotomania is related to love obsessional
stalking. These cases are usually women
who actually believe that the victim knows and loves them. David Letterman has a woman who breaks into his house and
steals his car, and insists she is Mrs. Letterman every time she is caught. These stalkers
are characterized by mental problems including delusions. They "honestly" believe their
fantasies are true. Less is known about
these stalkers than the other types because they are often treated for their
other mental problems rather than for the stalking behavior itself.

Well, that is not an answer in modern society, especially when
you are aware that the victim approached the police. You can’t decide on
something yourself and try to force others to comply, no matter what. Use of
spy devices, covert stalking and monitoring, bugging a person inside out –
well, that is nasty behavior to any person, man or woman. You had considerable
time to abandon on being repeatedly avoided. Others also have a life. Your
continuous stalking nearly destroyed a person’s life, running from one place to
another, leaving jobs etc.
Through constant
harassment, stalkers have succeeded in making themselves the focal point in the
victim's life. For the victim, life can become a nightmare as the person
becomes a prisoner in his or her own home.

Ruling could close sites

Industry Association (IIA) chief executive Peter Coroneos
told NEWS.com.au the decision could be "another
straw in the camel's saddle-bag" for online publishers that were already
struggling to survive.
"There's
always a cost-benefit analysis," Mr Coroneos said.
"Online
publishers will be looking at their revenues and looking at the potential of a
lawsuit or potential legal action and they have to be arriving at a decision
where they basically ask themselves whether it's worth continuing."
The High
Court this morning ruled mining businessman Joseph Gutnick
could sue business news publisher Dow Jones for defamation in a
Victorian court.
The
action related to material published on the Barron's Online section of The Wall
Street Journal website. Dow Jones argued the case could not be heard here
because the article was published in the United States, where its servers and
editorial offices are located.
The
landmark judgment means material on the internet is deemed to have been
published in
the place it is viewed, not the country of origin.
American
publishers fear litigants will take advantage of favourable
overseas laws and launch defamation cases outside the
Mr Coroneos said Australian publishers
were likely to be least affected by the decision because they already faced
tough local defamation laws. But he said there was the potential
for overseas celebrities to sue overseas companies on Australian soil.
"The
people with rights here are people with reputations they want to protect," he said.
"The person wouldn't necessarily need to
be a citizen in this country. The person could sue on something said about them in the

decision) might just be enough for some publishers to say enough's
enough."
Mr Coroneos said the parties who joined
the High Court action - including The Washington Post, The New York Times, CNN,
Reuters, Yahoo and Amazon - indicated how seriously media players were taking
the decision.
"They
wouldn't have thought about it if they didn't feel some potential exposure from
an adverse decision," he said.
The IIA
now plans to lobby the federal Government to make laws offering less risk to
online publishers.
"We
have to...provide greater certainty to online publishers so that they can
remain online publishers and not decide to basically close down
their operations or significantly curtail the kind of content they’re prepared
to put on the internet," Mr Coroneos said.
Mr Gutnick said he was
"delighted" with the ruling because it would "re-establish that the net is no different than the regular newspaper".
"You
have to be careful what you write and if you offend somebody or write malicious
statements about people like what was done in my case you can be subject to
being prosecuted."

Indian Judicial system is notorious for the
delays that defeat the very purpose for which an aggrieved person approaches a
court. It is
not without reason that there is a proverb in Kannada that in a Court battle,
“To win is to lose and to lose is to die!".

You are aware of being monitored. You even have a collection of
evidence – trailing cars etc. You are alone in a country. No relatives nothing.
Your friends you have to stay away, for their as well as your security. For the
monitors if they want to deal with you, one contact point is through your own
friends. And then comes the realization one day that your life is in danger.
After repeated failures, they just want to dispose you, to save face in their
community. “What a shame! …after this long a time, she can’t even get him…”,
“She …no good…or what?” The hush-hush questions in her community. The direct
result of her long and detailed gossiping about “him” to her friends, family,
relatives, etc.
If something happens to you, who is going to know? They can just
make it as an accident, with their contacts and allies. No one is going to know
the truth behind. Your parents are after all in another nation. They are not
going to check what happened, in detail. If the police says, “Just an
accident…”, then that is it. Nothing more. BUT you know that it is not like
that. You are being hunted. And you don’t have anyone to turn to. The only
evidence you have proves the presence of those in the shadows. So you go to the
nearest police station and submit the evidence for safe keeping. For until then
you trusted the police. A copy of the evidence, you fax home, for they might
even open up the mail and destroy it. Your parents are not going to get the
surface mail. Another copy you give to someone you can trust, for safe keeping
– the owner of the business establishment, in my case. Later on they even
contacted the owner, their family as well as the manager, your immediate boss
(Is there a problem?…with a woman…or something?...She only want to …love
you….you know!...) For that is how they are – whoever you deal with, they try
to influence you, through them. Your own friends, your own acquaintances will
become their sympathizers, for they will be “brain-washed” by the stalker’s
ideology of romance (no mention about adultery anywhere!)
A relentless pursuer can be thought of as "romantic" and many old stories and
songs revolve around this theme.

an action? Have his or her flesh to eat or what? To satisfy your glamour or
name in your society? Is flesh ONLY your requirement? If not then why use these
devices? If somebody detest you, don’t you have a shame to get lost? What sort
of psychology is that, “Keep on going…”.

enforcement, provided they are not bribed…For the stage is crossed for any sort
of negotiation, reconciliation or settlement of any sort. Your crime the world

nations, then let the law enforcement first of all hunt all those men and women
involved included those bribed law enforcement people and ask them the ethical

the stalker tries to establish a cult dynamic of one. It's a power and control
trip through which the stalker tries to distort the victim's sense of reality.

Such men and women of society who savor the forbidden scenes
in others private quarters, the only deterrent punishment is to pluck their
eyes out – something that will make other copycats to think twice before using
spy devices to hunt, to trap and to seduce men or women.
There is nothing to worry today about the above punishment given
according to the scriptures. For a time will come when many a woman will be
mercilessly hunted by predator men, and there will come a time when you just
don’t have a legal apparatus to take seclusion, to get help. When there is
bribery, what point in having draconian laws, which just remain in paper, which
just live in paper only. THEN, you need something like this punishment, to save
your womenfolk…The victims will by virtue of their suffering will understand
the need for the apt punishment to be given to the hunters, the predators.
