as standard and follow them?

43. Penalty for damage to computer, computer system, etc.
If any person without permission of the owner or any other
person who is in charge of a computer, computer system or computer network, -
(a)
accesses or secures access to such computer, computer system or computer network;
(b) downloads,
copies or extracts any data, computer data base or information from such
computer, computer system
or computer network including information or data held or stored in any
removable storage medium;
(c) introduces or causes to be introduced any computer
contaminant or computer
virus into any computer,
computer system or
computer network;
(d)
damages or causes to be damaged any computer, computer system or computer
network, data, computer data base or any other programmes
residing in such computer, computer system or computer network;
(e)
disrupts or causes disruption of any computer, computer system or computer
network;
(f) denies or causes the denial of access to any person authorised to access any computer, computer system or
computer network by any means;
(g) provides
any assistance to any person to facilitate access to a computer, computer
system or computer
network in contravention of the provisions of this Act, rules or regulations
made thereunder;
(h) charges the services availed of by a person to the
account of another person by tampering with or manipulating any computer,
computer system, or computer network,
he shall be liable to pay damages by way of compensation not exceeding one crore
rupees to the person so affected.
Explanation.-For the purposes of this section,-
(i) "computer
contaminant" means any set of computer instructions that are designed-
(a) to modify, destroy, record, transmit data or programme
residing within a computer, computer system or computer network; or
(b) by any means to usurp the normal operation of the
computer, computer system, or computer network;
(ii) "computer data base" means a representation
of information, knowledge, facts, concepts or instructions in text, image,
audio, video that are being prepared or have been prepared in a formalised manner or have been produced by a computer,
computer system or computer network and are intended for use in a computer,
computer system or computer network;
(iii) "computer virus" means any computer instruction,
information, data or programme that destroys,
damages, degrades or adversely affects the performance of a computer resource
or attaches itself to another computer resource and operates when a programme, data or instruction is executed or some other
event takes place in that computer resource;
(iv)
"damage" means to destroy, alter, delete, add, modify or rearrange
any computer resource by any means.

When a
prohibition law was setup by other children of the Lord to follow, and you
violated that law persistently, how will you find peace within yourself, when
you find that your unlawful action was being copied as standard by many other
new copy cats?
When that stage
of practise is reached, your
own past action becomes a haunting nightmare to yourself. Something
will then have to be done to correct, to rectify that past mis-deed.
You are not the
only one to walk that path. Many violators walked through before, many
repented. Some went to an extreme form of repentance, becoming a fully ordained
monk or nun, to clean his or her own past misdeed.
For example,
Prince Ajata-shatru, who committed a grave misdeed.
On ripening of the action-reaction, he faced the haunting nightmare. In his
scenario, the only exit point was to give away everything and become a monk to
clean his own misdeeds which
were not misdeeds to him which he committed them. The
paradox!

When we look
from a different angle, a good training on spirituality is always the best form
of filter, to anyone. If the teachings fall into the hand of a violator or a
criminal and he or she starts to ponder on those teachings, at a certain stage, his
or her own mind is turned around to face him or her in the form of conscience. Conscience,

be precise, the words of the Lord. Then starts the personal judgement, on right
or wrong.

There is a
possibility of this “censored” diary to go into publication on the net, early
next year, due to the informative nature of some of its contents, to other
Children of the Lord, elsewhere. Some of the other volumes will go first, this
year itself for publication, as an appetizer.
So those who
want to retreat from the battle, you may consider this as a second warning. The
first warning was given as mentioned above. The diary will go anonymous, as it
is, for it is the implementation concepts that matter, to the thousands and
thousands of other children of the Lord. Though some of the contents are
abusive in nature, yet they will be there in the diary as it is, for it
provides the right ammunition to what that is yet to happen.
Retreat?
To be precise,
to go elsewhere and start anew. New name, new identity or whatever. I don’t use
names, for there is no finger-pointing. Only the concepts, for many other
Children of the Lord may have similar scenarios, and the diary could provide
some tips on the Way.

The business
man had hidden the mother-daughter duo at the business centre with various
“face saving” reasons to the public until this day. This day the lid was blown
up to surrounding community, where many witnessed the dirty practices of the
“innocent” woman. The sucking business. It used to be carried on undercover,
but got revealed, more exposed for scrutiny.
What actually
went wrong that day? That too, to an expert in sodomy, the oral sex - the heavy
pain in the head, the sprayed cum and pre-cum on the face, cheeks, mouth, as
she sat down with a heaviness.
Was it too many

Women always
expect to be respected, no matter what. Unfortunately, I don’t follow that
concept due to personal experience with women. There are many women who don’t
respect the intimate privacy of even strangers, even if they happen to know
some private details about them. Such women, why should I respect in return?
But that
doesn’t mean all women are of the same stock. There are many respectable and
dignified women who know how to retain their “pride” of being a woman, in any
society. Such women are to be respected always. Such women of status, of family
values know how to behave even to strangers, and retain the moral dividing line
between them and others. It is such women of respectability that ancient

non-repentant people some good sense, is enough. Too much exposure of their
dirtiness could result in a situation where they can’t just walk on the road.

To some there is
an opinion that if her father was there, I won’t have written such things.
Absolutely true! I won’t have written anything at all. Because she won’t be
doing that sort of bad job either. Her father, if he was there, would have
never permitted his beloved daughter to engage in such sort of work, even for

to teach moral values. It is absolutely immaterial whether others have the
maturity to follow or not.

women who mentally prostitute with strangers. That is not morality. I don’t

affair” or something like that. This is even applicable to a married or
whatever woman. A pure woman may observe a stranger unattached. She knows how

hacking is stealing. Stealing other’s private property. Information or data in
other’s computer system. Just because somebody has a computer business, doesn’t
mean that he or she can hack into other’s systems. I wonder what right a hacker
have in trespassing other’s property, trying to master other’s life etc. So if
your conscience accepts that you committed a crime, then never blame others,
when facing the punishment.

the net is giving information voluntarily. In the latter, computer hacking,
information is being stolen. Yes, in both cases, you are copying, “but with a
difference”.

cook the “favourite” dish yourself and check your culinary skills?

In the
long course of his wilderness training, Ajaan Mun learned that -- contrary
to Reform and Customary beliefs -- the path to nirvana was not closed. The true Dhamma was to be found
not in old customs or texts but in the well-trained
heart and mind. The texts were pointers for training, nothing more or
less. The
rules of the Vinaya, instead of simply being external customs, played an important role in physical and mental survival. As for the Dhamma texts, practice
was not just a matter of confirming what
they said.
This
attitude toward the Dhamma parallels what ancient
cultures called "warrior
knowledge" -- the knowledge that comes from developing skills in
difficult situations -- as opposed to the "scribe knowledge" that people sitting
in relative security and ease can write down in words. Of course, warriors
need to use words in their training, but they
view a text as authoritative only if its teachings are borne out in practice. The Canon itself
encourages this attitude when it quotes the Buddha as teaching his aunt, "As for the teachings of which you may know, 'These
teachings lead to dispassion, not to passion; to being unfettered, not to being
fettered; to divesting, not to accumulating; to modesty, not to
self-aggrandizement; to contentment, not to discontent; to seclusion, not to
entanglement; to aroused persistence, not to laziness; to being unburdensome, not to being burdensome': You may definitely
hold, 'This is the Dhamma, this is the Vinaya, this is the Teacher's instruction.'"
Thus the ultimate authority in judging a teaching is not
whether the teaching can be found in a text. It lies in each person's
relentless honesty in putting the Dhamma to the test
and carefully monitoring the results.

People
who met him were impressed by his demeanor and teachings, which were unlike
those of any other monks they had known. They believed that he embodied the Dhamma and Vinaya in everything
he did and said. As a teacher, he took a warrior's approach to training
his students. Instead of simply imparting verbal knowledge, he put them into
situations where they would have to develop the qualities of mind and character
needed in surviving the battle with their own defilements. Instead of teaching
a single meditation technique, he taught them a full panoply of skills -- as
one student said, "Everything from
washing spittoons on up" -- and then
sent them into the wilds.

Perhaps
the most important of those lessons concerns the
role that the wilderness plays in testing
and correcting trends that develop among
Buddhists in cities and towns. The story of
the Kammatthana tradition gives lie to the facile notion
that Buddhism has survived simply by adapting to its host culture. The survival of Buddhism and the survival of the Dhamma are two different things. People like Ajaan Mun -- willing to make whatever sacrifices are needed to
discover and practice the Dhamma on its own terms --
are the ones who have kept the Dhamma alive. Of course, people have always been free to engage in
Buddhist traditions in whatever way they like, but those who have benefited most from that engagement are
those who, instead of reshaping Buddhism to fit their preferences, reshape themselves to fit in with the customs and
traditions of the noble ones. To find these
customs isn't easy, given the bewildering variety of traditions that Buddhists
have spawned over the centuries. To test
them, each individual is thrown back on his or her own powers of relentless
honesty, integrity, and discernment. There
are no easy guarantees. And perhaps this fact in itself is a measure of the Dhamma's true worth. Only
people of real integrity can truly comprehend it. As Ajaan Lee, one of Ajaan
Mun's students, once said, "If a person isn't true to the Buddha's teachings,
the Buddha's teachings won't be true to that person -- and that person won't be
able to know what the Buddha's true teachings are."

According to the laws of the Lord, drinking alcohol is
prohibited. Yet there are many who drink, get intoxicated and waste their life.
In certain societies, there are people who agitate for prohibition on the sale
of liquor, to prevent the wastage of men, who succumb to intoxication. Selling
liquor is considered non-worthy in Buddhist principles.
If drinking alcohol is considered wastage, then isn’t the
act of oral sex also a wastage on men? Pre-cum or cum is being drawn or sucked
out, draining the man to tiredness. When the principle of religion rests on
retaining the liquid for celibacy, there comes a group of people who live on
sucking that liquid out. Before the Lord, aren’t such people who suck the
liquid out, criminals of grave or serious crime? They have to be. Unpardonable sinners, who
live by pushing others away from the Lord, by drawing their “energy” out.

I emphasize “to mind one’s own business”. Then why I write
about some people, their private life etc.
I don’t write just any person’s private life. I don’t care
about others.
But there are some people who don’t mind their personal
business in the first place. They use spy devices to monitor my as well as my
family privacy. Now that is privacy violation without permission. I reply in
the same coin. With the Lord’s Grace, open their private life up, to shame.
So we have action-reaction. You interfere into places
where you are uninvited, not wanted and considered nuisance. Naturally you get
beaten.
In short, don’t spy on others. Don’t sit and watch others.
Every person has a lot of things to do himself or herself. Find that out
yourself, what you have
to do in your own life.
· Are you a good student? A success in
studies?
· Are you a good worker?
· Do you know any skills to earn a
living?
If you don’t, then why be
a fool watching other’s life and wasting your own time?
Some people when they face a lot of
self-questioning or interrogation, or hard questions, frequently run to their
parents for help, solace etc.
Parents are always old. In other words,
with limited life-span, to be practical.
Parents don’t live for ever, caring for
their children.
If you are a foolish person, who idled
away your productive study time, work time etc, why try to find others for
blaming your own mistakes? “It all happened because of him…”; “He destroyed my
life…”etc
One day, no matter who a person is,
have to be on one’s own feet. Caring for himself or herself.
So a foolish person who hasn’t
learned from his or her own past mistakes, how will that person live, if the
parents are “absent”?
Beggar?
If a man, a wandering beggar.
If a woman, in this male dominated
society, the concept of wandering beggar is not advisable. There are men who prowl
like beasts in search of prey. Beasts that can tear a prey into pieces
repeatedly.
Have mercy on us, O Lord!

One 17-year-old
from Tehran has a violent mother, divorced from her drug-addict father. She
spent 11 days and nights living in parks and
streets before she was brought in.
"There are
many wolves out there," she told me.
"A girl has
to be strong, but if she has no money, she
may be forced to do things, illegal things, so that she can eat, and find
somewhere to sleep."
Atina's story, like so many others, involves drugs, and a broken home.
But Fahimeh Eskanderi, who runs the Reyhaneh House, says that social
change and rising
expectations are also a factor spurring
girls to run away in search of a better life.
"This
problem only began in the last few years. It
didn't exist before in Iranian society, even before the revolution, because there was a strong traditional culture.
"But now, our
children's minds are much more open, and exposed
to foreign culture. There's no comparison between the children of today and
those of even just 10 years ago. They claim their rights, and they're
determined to have them."

Based on the above reasoning, I wonder why the stalkers have not
retreated, so far?
Why haven’t they stopped their surveillance and observation?
No person of normal mentality will keep on monitoring other’s without
some hidden purpose. Without some ulterior motives.
Stalkers have hidden agenda. Are the monitors still holding on to the
role of stalkers, which I personally don’t want to view them as?
There are weapons fine-tuned for destructive purposes. And I am waiting
for your retreat. And you haven’t retreated so far!
There is no point in complaining that he nullified so and so. I have
already given considerable warning. Considerable time, especially to 2 of the 3
sub-group monitors of a bigger set, to go away.
The tendency to vendetta could be
there from your side, if some of the material written, go for publication. But
then who caused that scenario? I have all the right to prevent threats, by
pre-emptive strikes.
Make sure this message is taken with proper seriousness.
The concepts, the analyzed logic on the path of the Lord are always as
it is. It is not open for any discussion or argument. One just have to follow
it. That is it. If some give that life the title “prison life”, then let it be.
There are others who term it “heaven in earth”. Just a different perception or
angle of viewing of the same entity.

A dirty woman always dirty and rotten.
Can never be reformed by others. Bodily
and mentally lives in dirtiness, trying to pull others also to filth and dirt.
Shame on those men and women who deal
with such a woman
as well as her “mother”.
The man who
helped both of the women, ought to be avoided under all circumstances, by all
those men and women of society, who give importance to honor, respect, dignity,
ethics and moral values.
· Of the
three, this was the only man, the other two being women. Being a man, instead
of understanding the social norms and regulations, this dirt played a key role
in the material mobilization and active support. Any punishment which the other
two women undergo, this man have to undergo more; otherwise the copycats could
repeat the actions of this shameless dirt. Tantrums of women are understandable,
but the role of their supporting man is to control them with advice conducive
to social norms. But this man hasn’t done any such regulations. Instead, he
encouraged those women to continue their illegal activity with his active
support.

The failure to corner a man after this long a
time (over two and a half years) even with the help of spy devices - this man
used against the women, to shame them again and again.

The constant prodding of the women, with
disgust:

"What good are you?"

"What use is there with you?"

“All this was your indifference!”

to constantly shame the women, especially the
young woman, and force them to do his words, his dictates, his authority over
the “helpless” women.

And he calls himself, a man!
· The man
and two women are known to use sweet words in public to get their things accomplished.
Equally they also use false words, for cheating others. In short, the three are
never ever to be trusted. For they speak lies and truth combination. How will a
stranger know which is true and which is false, from their spoken words. Lies!
Can you trust such people?
Manners improper to human values,
treachery etc make a person or a group of people “untouchables”, no
matter what society.

Will a customer hear the same exclamation always?
How boring it will be!
That explains the psychology where
daily the same food to eat, you start to dislike that specific food. Daily the
same thing, you start to hate it.

In spiritual
practice, we aim to conserve the liquid (semen and pre-semen) inside. From that
angle, how many a men, the women who do oral sex destroy daily, for feeding
them and their cronies? Making men impure. Preventing Godly practice. From this
meaning, comes out the reason for harsh punishment in religious courts for men
and women involved in the flesh trade. Strict enforcement of religious law puts
prostitutes and adulterers to death.

1. Was it love?
a. There
are many who gave the suggestion, that a predator woman exhibits love. But I
have to disagree based on the contents of this file. I can only suggest that
one need to experience certain things more in life than holding on to blunt beliefs.
More experience naturally forces a person to de-learn one’s own mistaken
notions and accept some other concepts.
b. As time drags on,
with the slow pressure, I am getting more and more convinced that the
publication of this file is a requirement to training the masses on what is
“love” and what is not “love”.
c. A scenario where
there is no other option, but to publish the material and come clean to the
world. Let the world as a witness decide. What other option do I have to prove
my innocence? Of being defamed for actions which I didn’t commit.
d. Yes, for some of
those who installed the bug, it will be something like a balloon which went
out of control and went far away into the heights,
something like a caged bird that just flew away out of their prison, into the
wilderness. Spy devices could give a virtual control over the victim, but when
the scenario turns around by the Lord’s Grace, a very different scenario
ensures.
e. They started the
process of bugging with a basic assumption, “He will not “talk” anything”. But
as days dragged on, the very bugs “talked” indirectly about him. So there
resulted a scenario where there in nothing to hide to anyone. Then, why not the
world become a witness? The initial assumption became false! The whole process turned
around, by the Lord’s Grace!
f. They worry about
the internet publication. Strange. I wonder why? This city, this environment,
this surroundings constitute the “world” for many in this area. The bugs which
they kept already talked what is to be talked. Many in this city already know
what is to be known. This
world - this city already knows. In
short, the very bugs they kept already caused what is to be caused. So what
more to worry? So why worry on the internet publication? It is just a formality
showing the culmination of certain occurrences, certain actions, and the
documentation of certain events. That is all. Even
if the formality is not completed, slowly the word of mouth spreads the events
from this small world to the wider world. Time decides that action. All a will
of the invisible Lord.
g. Never seen such
shameless group of people before, spending nearly three years trying to push a
prostitute for “honeymoon”, using spy devices.

shameless and dirty!

3. Was it a survival technique of a poor family?
The women willing to take any form of shame and disgrace, to come out of
poverty.

Concluding note
Based on the internet publication as well as the awareness created in
this city, there is a possibility for the specific observation post mentioned,
the educational institution where the local stalking prostitute group stayed
for round the clock monitoring, to evolve to something else to cover itself
from harmful consequences like violation of law etc. Say moving into some other
business area apart from or instead of being an educational institution.
Just a reminder for those who try to verify this stalking case.
