'Obscene' condom commercials rankle Parliament
An Indian cabinet member Thursday demanded an explanation from a leading condom manufacturer over its sexually suggestive television commercials, which he said were "obscene".
Thirty-four
notices have been issued asking companies or television channels to
explain the ads, Information and Broadcasting Minister
Prasad singled out leading condom brand KamaSutra, a joint venture between an Indian company and US-based latex maker Ansell.

But KamaSutra, which manufactures millions of condoms a year, said it had not received a notice. "We will take the legal course if we get the notice. We took all legal approvals before airing the ad," said Aniruddh Deshmukh, executive director of the company.
Prasad stressed that condom use was still encouraged by India, which has struggled to slow the growth of its billion-plus population. "I believe in self-regulation. I have asked the channels to follow self-regulation and they are formulating a code," Prasad said.
"I don't want to be a moral police but I am open to advice from the house."
He said a decision to ban the ads would be taken only after consultation with the health ministry, headed by Sushma Swaraj, who until last month held Prasad's position.
Swaraj has in the past blasted the state-run television channel Doordarshan for airing condom ads, saying they encouraged sex, and has called for a ban on Fashion TV, which brings images of scantily-clad models into the Indian living room.

day I have watched and observed helplessly, how these men and women at the
nearby educational institution have violated the privacy of myself
as well my unsuspecting family members. The watching of nudity, passing of
urine and fecal matter in the toilets etc are daily being watched and laughed
at by these men and women, young and old. They are no human beings. They don’t
deserve any form of respect that need to be given as
to any educated or civilized man or woman. As a victim of violation, I have
recorded my feelings and put before the people of the nation to witness and hence
decide on the level of criminal prosecution to be given to these *?! men and women, no matter what time into the future.

case is of national importance, due to the use of high tech spy equipments by
ordinary people. I personally don’t have much hard evidence to completely nail
down the various predators – local and international. I am collecting whatever
information I come across and the relevant material I publish on the website

might be equally applicable somewhere else. In the event when many in this
society, especially the officials, are brought over with money and contacts,
the press is one of the ideal contact points for investigative journalism - to
gather more evidence on the case. When we deal with the press, the hundreds of
newspapers in the nation, we deal with the concept of probability, where there
will be a certain percentage who may be unable to take up the case due to
diverse reasons, and there will naturally be a percentage of investigative
reporters who will seriously look into the case…That is what I forward to…To

- An advice given to many women stalkers
This
scenario is sometimes termed as the Hand technique of women. I think, I have
written about this before. Something used to get hold of men who are stubborn
and not submissive to the woman’s wishes or tantrums. Something used when other
normal techniques fail, like eye technique, body shaking (shaking of certain
movable parts frequently and repeatedly to catch attention) etc. An exit option
is to create as much publicity as possible of the likely use of hand technique.
In the case of being forewarned and if there are people who can take photos,
say investigative reporters, that hand grapping is a good evidence for stalking
by the predator woman.
A
variant of the hand technique is the collapse technique. Feigning
unconsciousness and falling onto the target; could be even stumbling on a stone, furniture or something similar. The woman walks
past the target in an unsuspecting manner. Suddenly, turns around and falls
over him. In some cases, even holding onto him with a firm grip for
support…What will happen if the innocent man was taken unawares, surprised? He
might also stumble along with the woman…resulting in an ideal photogenic
scenario! Man and woman together on the ground…the woman clinging onto the poor
man, with closed eyes!

go to great extents to do whatever they can, to win their man, when their pride
is spurred…when turned on, by an unbending man…
The
scenarios are all comical…very funny to observe…even third party women, of no
previous friendship, volunteer all forms of help to such love-torn women to lay
trap, to accomplish their objectives…For such instances are sweet thoughts to
savor for the third party women, however old they may be…something to ponder
with added extras (she with …him…how will the intimate moments be…the possible
scenarios…) in those moon nights…

The
movie, High Plains Drifter, is the apt movie to bring out
the stalking woman’s psychology. Those early scenes:
The
woman coys around, BUT he doesn’t care.
Then
the woman walks past, after getting turned ON, by seeing the cold-blooded
killing.
Forcibly
smashes into the unnoticing man and then picks a quarrel with him. The man
ignores her and tries to walk away.
But she
doesn’t let him go like that…

Then comes the normal solution. Grabs hold of her and drags her
away…She gives the characteristic No…No…Let me go…
Pulls
her into a nearby barn…and forcibly assault her…Was it assault or was it
something she wanted badly?

on while washing in the tub, the woman comes back again…for she can’t forget
him…
This
time with a revolver…to shoot him…
The men
drag her away…to prevent a scene…
Some of
her other customers intervene…The woman raise the important question, “Was
there any other man…” That means no man have satisfied her more than that man
referring to the assault that took place…she just wanted more…of that animal
force…Some of her other customers understand…some don’t…
She
tries various ways to make him angry again…but fail…
The factor
“no man have satisfied her more than that man referring to the assault that
took place” becomes clear in a later kissing scene where the slow and soft
kissing that started off, began to get passionate and forcible with her…she
just couldn’t control herself…she just enjoyed whatever occurred…
The
same factor of woman’s double-minded attitude towards life becomes clear with
the other woman, the chef…when she says, “I don’t have other room…” when the
inn was dynamited following a murder attempt. The man smiles…an understanding
smile of the woman’s inner mind…He just takes hold of her hand and goes into
his room, with her characteristic, No…No…Help me…
The
morning after, brings out the double mindedness of the “satisfied”
woman…Whatever he says and does, is okay to her! How submissive when the rod is
inserted properly!!
The
concept is fully endorsed and accepted both by the stalking woman, the sex
worker and her old mother…Somewhere the scenario went out of control…A similar
scenario that they planned to start off, just went wrong…leading to their shame

there is no request. Are you interested?…May I? Can I? etc. For to a
thirst woman, will anyone ask, “Are you thirsty?” You just do what is “proper”
