My Childhood Memories

You are about to read my childhood experiences and take a look at some of my old photos. They may make u laugh, grunt, or even bore you. Pls don't mind, after all I'm your pal,  right?. Now for the auto-biography of my childhood...

    Year 1

Really I don't remember a thing. All that I know is that I had a serious operation on my stomach on the 7th day of my Birth (Pretty sad & Sentimental :-<   isn't it?). Everything was all right within a few days. I was up on my feet to do all the pranks in the world. My mom says that as a 8 month old I  liked eating Idili & Sambhar. Good first year for me.

    Year 2

Learning to talk tamil was not so easy after all. I had lots of audiences as I gave my speeches. They were only a few words (amma, appa, tata to be precise). Hope they enjoyed every bit of my tamil. Then came the walking part. I learnt to walk very soon (Now that I'm 6ft tall, I should have grown a lot faster). I had a sort of a four legged table with wheels, that helped me move about.

    Year 3

As a 3 year old I was employed. Surprised ??. I was a physiotherapist giving daily exercise lessons to my Grandmas and Grandpas. Lovely job !, But not sure whether they liked the treatment. Walking, Running, Falling and Crying was my modus operandi. By then I was very popular in my neighborhood. Many visit my house just to see how I do virtually everything ( May be they r learning from me). I was all set to go to school.

    Year 4

My Happy Days

School BAD School :-( . I had some kind of a resistance towards school. Every morning at 8, an alarm inside my throat would go out (very loudly infact, it would wake up our school principal, the next door). Anyway my parents would stop it (by putting chocolates inside my mouth) in time. All along the way to my school (I usually take a walk to my school), I would cry, and even run back to my house. But when I reach my class, I would rather laugh at my classmates who mimic me with their parents.

    Year 5

The Cameraman

Lots of new friends for me. I had a daily routine of fighting, playing and eating with my friends. The fighting part was really great as I would always be the loser, and so our teacher always scolds & beats the other boy. We usually roam about in gangs of five. What a co-operation at this small age !

     Year 8

      Young Engineer

Lots of new friends for me. I had a daily routine of fighting, playing and eating with my friends. The fighting part was really great as I would always be the loser, and so our teacher always scolds & beats the other boy. We usually roam about in gangs of five. What a co-operation at this small age !. TV's had only 1 channel in which I always spent my time.

Friends Forever

    Year 10

               Smiling Beauty

It was time to learn English, Math, Drawing and lots of other things. I was reaaally busy. Lots of homeworks for my father, lots drawings for my mother, and what more to say ? We were really busy!!. Sports :-) I loved playing football. But Cricket ?, Who would like cricket when I was always out for a duck. Evenings were spent playing football (rather a rough game) . My mom was a doctor and so I had no problem  with my injuries.

In my class, my teacher asked me to sit in-between two girls as I was very talkative with the boys. I was embarrassed ( I don't know what the girls thought!). That way, I made good friends with the gals and continued my talkative ways.

   Year 11

Now I got real problems in life. Problems with my friends, studies ( and so with my teachers & parents), etc. I was a TINTIN & ARCHIE fan and would read lots of them. But nothing improved in my studies. Anyway, I was an average student in my 8th standard.

   Year 13

We happened to move to a different area in the city and therefore I had to Change my school. Now it happened to be a set of new friends around me. I was in a really good mood to study. I worked hard and scored a decent mark in my 10th standard. Now that I'm a grown up boy, I felt lots of responsibilities on me. I had to study well, behave in front of others, and I need to learn how to communicate with others.

This is the time when I was introduced to computers ( The turning point of my life I would say).  I was amazed at the way a computer can work for a human. I decided to do a Diploma Course in Computer Science instead of doing my 11th & 12th standard. At first, My friends criticized me, but later regretted.

   Year 16

As a teenager, I was a very calm & shy type. I didn't move friendly with others. I rarely talked to my classmates. And all I did was concentrate on my studies. I gained a lot of knowledge, but rarely did I enjoy my life.  This has helped me to join a B.Tech course in an engineering College. Working hard really gifts you happiness !.
