Eastern Texas Justice were a bunch of poor white boys from the south who just happened to be born in the Northeast. Playing pulsing rock and roll with swagger and soul, ETJ were sweaty, bluesy, and always ready to rumble. As the pendulum of popular music shifted back towards the garage, however, the group (feeling betrayed when they weren't rightfully given the limelight) decided to call it quits. Besides, there really wasn't any difference between them and Ricochet! anyhow, so it's OK. Word has it that they're planning on reforming as a JapaNoise band next year.
