OUR PROMISE TO YOU AND YOUR PROMISE TO US…
1.
To the best of our knowledge, any puppy we sell is free of
any health problems or disease at the time the puppy is transferred to its new
owner. The puppy has been examined by a
licensed veterinary on at least one occasion and is current on all vaccinations
at the time of the sale. The puppy has
also received it’s first de-worming by our veterinarian.
- If the puppy is male and being sold as a
Show/Breeding prospect, it is guaranteed that both testicles have
descended into the scrotum.
- The new owner has the option of having the puppy
checked by their own vet within 3 days from the date the puppy is
delivered or picked up from our home.
If, at that time, the licensed veterinarian determines that the
puppy is sick, diseased or has a congenial defect, the buyer may return
the puppy to us for a replacement puppy when one becomes available. The buyer must notify us within 2 days
of the veterinary diagnosis should a problem arise. The replacement puppy is contingent on
our veterinary concurring with the written diagnosis obtained by the
buyer's veterinarian. The buyer is
responsible for all costs associated with returning the puppy to us, and
veterinary fees associated with the health check.
- There is no guarantee against accidents, which
occur after the puppy leaves our home.
- There is no guarantee against illness not
contracted on our premises.
- There is no guarantee against patellar luxation,
as there are too many ways this can occur beyond the seller’s control.
- If the buyer will be flying back to their home
with their new puppy (as a carry-on only), a health certificate will be
provided by our veterinarian at a cost to the buyer of $25.
- If, for any reason, at any time, the buyer
cannot keep the puppy/dog purchased from us, the buyer agrees that the
puppy/dog will not be sold to a pet store, puppy mill, breeder, broker,
turned in to an animal rescue or animal shelter facility. The buyer agrees to contact us and we
agree to do everything possible to assist the buyer in finding an
appropriate new home for the puppy/dog.
- The buyer agrees to pay the cost of the puppy in
full, cash only, at the time of pick-up.
- The buyer agrees to remain in contact with us,
written or voice, and provide periodic updates on the progress of the
puppy.
- If the puppy is being sold on a limited
registration (pet quality only), the buyer agrees to have the puppy
spayed/neutered by 11 months of age.
A puppy sold on limited registration is defined as a puppy that
cannot produce litters, which will be recognized by the American Kennel
Association.
- Under no circumstances will we ship a puppy to
your location. The only approved
method of air transportation for our puppies is by carry-on in the
passenger compartment of the plane.
- The buyer agrees to keep the puppy/dog updated
on all required vaccinations during the life-time of the dog.
- The buyer agrees that this puppy/dog is an
indoor dog and will not be kept outside for any extended period of time (extended
meaning any more than an hour or so unattended in a fenced area when the
weather is nice).
- The buyer agrees that this puppy/dog will become
a loving member of their family and, under no circumstances, will be
mistreated, beaten, left unattended for extended periods of time, deprived
of meals/water, or transferred to another owner.
- We, as the sellers, will do everything within
our power to provide as much information and support to you as
needed. We are available anytime
to answer questions, discuss concerns or help with any issues that
arise. This is in effect for the
life your Pom.
- We, as the sellers, promise that we have done
everything humanly possible to insure that the puppy you are receiving is
happy, healthy, well socialized and prepared for their new home and life
with you. We have spent a great
deal of time and effort providing the best possible environment for your
puppy so that it will be a well adjusted, content, member of your family.
- We, as the sellers, have provided you with as
much information as possible on the potential health concerns associated
with Pomeranians, general health and hygiene issues, and specific
characteristics of your puppy.
- We, as the sellers, will disclose any early
conditions (colds, respiratory infections, kennel cough, etc.) that your
puppy may have experienced prior to being placed in your home so that you
have a complete medical history of your puppy prior to purchasing him/her.
- Although we can never guarantee the actual size
of your Pom when it reaches adult age, we, as the sellers, will provide
you with our best, educated guess as to the actual adult size of the puppy
you are purchasing. In the past we
are generally within 1/2 pound of the size we have estimated.
- Although the color of your Pom puppy may change
dramatically after going through the uglies stage, we, as the sellers,
will provide you with our best estimate on the actual color of your pom
when it reaches adult age.
- We, as the sellers, absolutely guarantee that
the puppy you are purchasing is from the breeding stock outlined on the
registration papers.
- We, as the sellers, have taken every precaution
and measure to insure that our breeding stock is in the best physical and
medical condition. We further
state that our breeding stock is thoroughly examined and checked annually
by our veterinaries to insure that there are no underlying health issues
that would affect the health and well-being of the puppies.
- You, as the buyer, agree to provide us with
updates to your contact information should you move or change email
addresses so that we may stay in contact with you.
