 Torched Turkey Award Roses are red, violets are blue. We scored some points, how about you? It doesn't matter what you thinks. This week in the FFL, this team stinks. It was very hard to ignore the Deep Blue Funk Masters this week when they submitted their lineup. Trying to stay with the big boys, they were only able to master their worst week of the season, a 20 pt. total. How did this occur? Well, if you look at their lineup, you will see that Frank Gore, Todd Heap & the Chicago defense are in there. Too bad they were all on their BYE Week in the NFL. The only solace here is that even if they had replacements, they wouldn't have scored any more points. You've at least got to give yourselves a chane. HONORABLK MENTION - Just so those of you who may think that this award never goes to yours truly, think again. Yes, even though the Slippin' Slyders scored over 100 points, they could have retained their lead if Michael Vick(33 pts.) and/or Brian Westbrook(24 pts.) had been in their lineup. This should show you too that even a great week can make you a candidate here. |
