The Normal Rank Contest Hall can be found in this town. Any pokémon can enter, since this is the first rank. Contest passes are also issued here.

Pokémon have to earn ribbons here before being able to compete in the Super Rank Contest Hall.

Wanda's house

Wanda lives here in Verdanturf Town. Her cousin Wally came to visit her because in this town, wind blows fresh air that makes people healthy and blows the "dirty" ash-filled air from Mt Chimney onto Route 113.

She is deeply in love with a man who works in the Rusturf Tunnel project. Unfortunately, there used to be a rock between them in the tunnel that separated them. A kind-hearted trainer came through and got rid of this rock with Rock Smash, rejoining the two love-birds.
