Pokemon Stadium 2 (3 in Japan!) was not the biggest
and best thrill in Japan. Mainly because Pokemon was getting
old there. Maybe it will be different here. Even thought the
craze is still going down the hill here too.
What are some new additions and improvements?:
~Factor 5 voice compression (better sound)
~All 252 pokemon
~New gameplay modes and new mini-games
~Better graphics and special effects
~Improved four player battle mode
~Compatability with Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, and the
upcoming Pokemon Crystal.
~Data exchange with the transfer pack and mobile adapter
Sure there will be improvements, but not big
improvements. There are just a few improvements, like a new
feature. It's called "My Room." Every pokemon has one. It's
a room with trophy cases and a bed and stuff like that. But
this shouldn't be all. They better have more phrases for the
announcer (as much as Rogue Squadron).
There's also more slick and smooth graphics. Nothing to bow down about though. And they have a new announcer with new phrases. He has more phrases than the old one. The old one had maybe 4 or 5 phrases.
Pokemon Stadium 2 (3 in Japan!) will be much better than the old one. It might please the crowd, and it might not. We'll just have to wait and see.
