MARGARET'S QUESTIONS: What do you think helped you get this far in the game - your abilities or your alliance ? (ex. if you were originally on the other tribe, do you think you would have made it as far?)
BOB'S ANSWER: i think that alliances do help a lot, but it's all about strategy!! alliances are a part of strategy. you have to know who to trust, who is a threat, and have to keep thinking about what is going to happen in the future of the game. my alliance helped me a lot, but i think good relations with others is MUCH more important, and so is helping out with challenges. i mean, if you pissed people off, didnt help out, or didnt talk much to anyone, your alliance could turn on you and vote you off, not to mention those NOT in the alliance. lol. so, i think that strategy, good relations, and participation are the most important aspects to surviving. i also think that no matter how bad things look, there is always SOMETHING you can whip up...some plan, strategy, whatever....that could help you get farther in the game, even if it's only for another day or two. Never giving up is the key to success.
LEX'S ANSWER: I would have to say both though the alliance more than the ability. I am pretty good at ICs. I think my ability to perform come IC time played at least a small role in my tribe reaching the merge up 7-2. I think it also made me more attractive to the alliance I joined. After the merge the alliance was essential in me reaching this point of the game. I gained immunity in 4 of the 7 ICs and even with that many times wearing the necklace there was no way I was going to make the final 2 without an alliance. The first time I lost I'd have been eliminated. If I had been in your tribe best case senerio I would have gotten to be on the jury. Ultimately ability helps your tribe win before the merge, keep you away from TC and increase your value to the tribe if you do go to TC. That ability becomes a liability after the merge because you are seen as a threat so without an alliance you are a sitting duck.

I am praying for you and hope everything gets better soon. Mag: mag, right off the bat we always had tons of things to talk about. i wish you werent on the other tribe because i would have loved to have you stay around. you were always interesting and fun and i'm glad we both made it to the merge so we could get to know one another. Talk to you soon! Mark: what is this....the millionth game i have been in that had something to do with you?? LMAO!! i love it. you are a good friend and always play these games fairly and unselfishly. we are gonna dominate in TCS!! they wont know what hit em!! woo hoo Annette: i wish i could have talked to you more.you werent online many times when i was. But, from the conversations we had, you were always nice and the baby thing was a total shocker to me! how wonderful! hope everything is going well and best of luck to you! Andy: andy, you were always a fun guy to be around and you brought a ton of much-needed drama to the game! lol our conversations were always....interesting lol. this game would have been a lot more boring if you hadnt been here to spice things up. hope to talk to you soon. Stacy: we didnt really chat much the second half of the game...you kinda disappeared lol. But, you were an awesome leader in the beginning and helped our tribe out a lot. if you ever are bored, give me a ring! Darren: You were a lot of fun and i am glad you were in this game with me. now since this is almost over, i can probably join one of your games. you are a great role model in that you said you always are a good sport when you lose and never get mad because nobody likes a complainer. i always admired that and will try to live by it. p.s. i get out of school in 8 DAYS because i am a senior! HAHAHAHAHA LOL Chloe: i came into this game feeling like i was closest to you and i come out of it feeling the same. i hope we can stay friends throughout all these traumas that survivor games bring on. we have a lot in common and i wish the best of luck to you!! you're a great player and i mean that truthfully. maybe someday we can have a kung-foo match! LOL i'll have to practice up. Lex: you are a great strategist and we were an awesome team together. maybe if i practice all summer i could beat you out in bowling.....then again, maybe not. lol. I hope to be in another game with you because you are a great player and lots of fun to be around. Zeb and Joseph: This has been the best game by far that i have played online! I must congratulate you on an awesome site and gameplan. the twists were great. there was never a dull moment in this game. excellent job and thanks for all your hard work. jared: ummmmmmmmm..........go eat a sandwich or something. lol in the end, i had a blast playing this game and it's been the coolest game i have played yet!! you are all my friends and i hope to keep talking to you all later on. :) i have always hated this notion of asking/answering questions. it just seems like a chance for lex and i to suck up to the jury lol. vote for who you think played the best and go with your heart!!! that is what counts. bye freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaakkkkkkkkkkss lol ~bob |

Alright here comes the book. To Mag Dont recall ever seeing you on YM after the merge and your number came up first. Dont really have anything to say except best of luck in the future. To Mark I think you and I have a lot in common. Under different circumstances I think we could have worked together. It didnt work out that way. Ill see you in the Chosen. To Annette Well I thought we were getting along fairly well in the beginning. Then either you got busy in real life or I didnt try hard enough but we just stopped talking. It was probably a little of both. Best of wishes to you and the youngin. To Andy Well here we are again. I just dont know what to say. I said I wouldnt target you until after the merge, I dont trust you and I would think about working with you. I lived up to everything I promised you. I didn't vote for you before the merge or try and convince people to vote for you. I didn't and don't trust you and I did consider working with you. Ultimately a choice had to be made when Darren showed up again Chloe, Bob and myself had to decide if Darren had been gone too long to perserve our initial alliance or if we lived up to our initial agreement. We discussed it and we decided we wanted to stick to our original agreement with Darren. We have played together before and while this was a new game it was still the same Lex and Andy playing. I couldn't forget all the nasty things you said to me before and I couldn't forget how badly you pushed to eliminate Joe from our last game because he had beat you in a game previous to that. I'm sorry I got along better with Taylor than you in our last game but I never voted for you then until the only voting choices were you or Taylor. To Stacy - I love ya hun. I wish you hadn't disappeared late in the game. I did enjoy talking with you. I really thought early on you and me would work together. I never suggested anything because I usually don't like to. If someone has already made a deal they usually don't like other people coming to them asking for an alliance. I just assumed you had hooked up with some of the others. To Darren - You're a good guy. I'm glad you came back and we were all able to keep our initial agreement. Even had you not left we probably couldn't have worked together after the final 4. When we were split into 2 new tribes and it became apparent your tribes Cabo members were going to be the ones in the jury I went to Bob and asked him if he wanted a final 2 agreement. I didn't know you had disappeared and I assumed you and Chloe would make a similar agreement. You are a nice guy and I figured with the extra time you and Chloe would have to talk with Mag, Mark and Cedric there would be no way Bob or I would have a chance to get their votes. That was the biggest reason for going to Bob. You kept all your promises to me and I appreciate it. Best of luck to ya. To Chloe - You know I love ya and so does everyone else and thats exactly why neither Bob nor myself could afford to face you in the finals. Don't hold Bob having to be the one to vote you out against him. Had I won that final IC I would have done the same. None of are evil people despite Bob's screen name :) had it been a case where I or Bob were just horrible people I think both of us would have taken you and lost just to ensure the evil one didn't win. You would have beat me or him 7-0 I think and ultimately I think Bob and I both would have been cool with that had you won the final IC. You are a sweetheart. I did the best someone like me could do to get to know all of you. I tried to just have a good time chatting with you all in between ICs and TCs. I didn't put on a false show for anyone. The person you talked to was the real Lex. A pessimistic, wise cracking 26 year old whose only real goal in life is to be 12 again. At the same time I also had a plan of how I wanted the game to play out. Things didn't go quite to plan but in the end it worked out for me. Bob is a good guy I wouldn't be standing next to him if he wasn't. If I have to lose to Bob I won't be terribly disappointed but I do still want to win. I played this game about as well as I could. Two months ago old man Lex walked into a tribe filled with a lot of teenagers facing another tribe that was described as being "stacked with great players." I became the fourth member of an alliance (come to find out they had asked Andy first and he turned them down) where none of the other 3 were even close to my own age and had already had time to form tight bonds. With some skill and a lot of luck I'm still standing in the final 2. Once I press that send button what happens next is entirely out my control. So peace I'm out.

MARK'S QUESTIONS: Well let me first say congrats to Both of you. You guys both played a great game and its gonna be a tough decision for who deserves more to win this game. You guys had a great tribe and our tribe just had some bad luck at times. Well here are my 2 questions: 1) Did any of you ever lie to get where you are right now? 2) What were you remarks on Jared always showing up at TC and the challenges and getting into fights with the Net Spider Monkey?
BOB'S ANSWER: thanks mark. well yes, i suppose i have lied during the course of this game but they have all been small lies that i cant even remember making for the most part. i am proud to say that i have not made any HUGE LIES to try to get further in the game. i think that in order to get far in a survivor game you are forced to lie at some points. it's just inevitable, i guess. i dont feel bad for those lies because, again, i dont even remember any serious lies i made and i know it's just a part of the game. as for the jared thing, lol, i will admit this question is a bit strange lol. but yeah, i liked him for the most part. he made the game more interesting. sometimes, though, joseph did seem to get a little carried away to the point where i was like "YOU ARE OBSESSED WITH A SUBWAY SPOKESMAN!!" lol
LEX'S ANSWER: I never had to actually lie though I did have to change the subject when certain questions were asked. However, there were times when being completely honest would not have been in mine or my alliance members best interests. So I let people believe their chances were better than they actually were. I didnt lie but certainly let them draw the wrong conclusions. It was almost funny the first time. After that I honestly just stopped reading those parts of the emails. I certainly shall not miss Jared.
ANNETTE'S QUESTION: I'm not going to ask who you think should be in the final 2. ;) Similiar but not exactly... my question is which two of the jury members do you think would *not* deserve to be a part of the final 2?
BOB'S ANSWER: ugh!! you devil! this question is evil lol. i commend you. well, i would have to say the two that i'd least like to be in the final two (that doesnt mean they are the ones i like the LEAST by any means, because that is NOT true) would be mag and mark because they were never from yanomamo. i would have liked someone from my original tribe to have won, seeing as though i was with them from the very start of the game. but since you said least DESERVING, i'd have to say darren because of the whole MIA thing. he was gone while we were all busting our butts! lol and the other person would be either mag or mark, since we had beat caboclos so may times. yanomamoians (is that a word???) should be rewarded for working so hard and beating them out so many times. GO MICHIGAN!!!
LEX'S ANSWER: Firstly I love the question it makes for a very nasty yet interesting response. I would have to say Andy because he was so nasty to me yet again in his final words and probably Mag who I had almost zero contact with. Ok maybe it wasn't as interesting as I thought.
ANDY'S QUESTIONS: My question for you bob and lex, is this. Why, out of all the yanomamo did you four (bob, lex, chloe, and darren) choose to have an alliance within our tribe? Also, how early in the game play did you make this alliance. One final question.....please state give us a reason/flaw of why you didnt want the other four of us to be with you.
BOB'S ANSWER: well this alliance happened extremely early! just after only a few days, darren and chloe sent me an email about being in an alliance with them. i think they picked me because i knew both of them from previous games and they hadnt gotten to know the rest of you that well yet. we needed a fourth person, and, since i talked to you the most out of anyone in the game at that point, i asked YOU if you were interested in forming an alliance, but you told me that you didnt like alliances. you basically made it kinda clear to me that you wanted to do things on your own, which is perfectly fine, so i then approached lex. i think it was simply because he was the next one to come online, not because i like him better than anyone else. we all agreed to keep you as the "hanger-oner" alliance member in case you changed your mind lol. so yeah, the reason we werent alligned WASN'T because we didnt like you, laura, stacy or annette. it was because you seemed to want to go solo at that time and laura, stacy and annette werent online very often. lex was picked cuz he was online a lot.
LEX'S ANSWER: To be quite honest this is not the alliance I would have thought Id be in when the game started. Early in the game Bob came to me. I dont remember exactly when but it was before the tribes were split into 2 new tribes. He said Darren, Chloe and himself wanted me to be the fourth member of their alliance. I thought about my options and if I wanted to make it I knew I had to take it. Laura was MIA if she was even still in the game at that point. I simply didnt trust you not to try and get revenge on me. Annette and Stacy hadnt even hinted about wanting an alliance though I must say at the beginning of the game I thought those were the two I would end up working with mainly because they were closer to my age and I was getting along well with them at first. They already had 3 members all they really needed was one more to control the tribe. If it wasn't me it was going to be someone else I assumed so I took the chance and ran with it.
STACY'S QUESTION: You want a question so here it is. Lex and Bob, Its clear that some dishonestly went on in the end of the game maybe even before so, what was your biggest lie, to who and why?
BOB'S ANSWER: like i said with mark, i am sure i have stretched the truth at times this game but i havent flat out lied to maliciously destroy someone lol. and lots of times, there was confusion as to what was going to happen next, so i suppose sometimes i got confused and may have "lied" but i really cant think of anything. chloe and i talked, at the very beginning of the game, about trying to get into the final two together, but we never really said anything solid about it. lex and i started strategizing a lot and he asked me if i wanted to go to the final two (i think when we merged into maraamu) with him and i said yes, since i hadnt heard form chloe in a while. i didnt know what she was thinking. and for the rest of the game, i didnt talk to chloe about the final two and she never said anything about it to me either. so, i figured we were both going our separate ways. so i guess that would be my biggest "lie" but i still dont consider it an actual lie because nothing was ever set in stone.
LEX'S ANSWER: Like I said in Marks answer I didnt really have to lie. I promised Darren, Chloe and Bob a final 4 alliance. I kept it. I promised Chloe and Bob a final 3 after Darren went MIA. I kept it. I promised Bob the final 2 before the merge. I didnt get a chance to keep it but I would have. Probably though the worst thing I said, even though it wasnt a lie, was right before Andy was voted out. It wasnt clear whether you or Andy would be the next to go. I told Andy I was 60-70% sure you were going to be the next person voted off. It was a safer play since you had previous votes and I thought Bob and Chloe would want to keep him around another round since they seemed to get along with him. After I said that I got responses, from alliance member, that were either indifferent or yes to voting out Andy next so he went. I didnt like that I had said that but at the time it was true.
DARREN'S QUESTION: Who would u want in ur shoes if u were not in the final 2? Sry For Asking but someone had to.
BOB'S ANSWER: you freeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaakkkkkkkk!!!!!! lol j/k. i thought he didnt want anyone to ask this? ok well, i'd say chloe because i feel like she deserved it since she was alligned with me and all. plus, she played a great game. it was very tough voting her off, but i definitely felt i owed it to lex and she would have been a major threat. it's inevitable. she is the kim p, elisabeth, colleen, and neleh of survivor lol. i feel like with lex, the odds are much more evened out. the second person would have been you, darren, cuz you are a good friend and were in the alliance, but you DID disappear for almost a month. i know that keeps coming back to haunt you, lol, but it's true and i dont think you would deserve to win for that. so i'd have to pick andy. he was from my original tribe and he strategized and seemed a lot more interested in the game than annette and stacy did (no offense).
LEX'S ANSWER: That one is pretty easy I think Bob and I both will agree on this one. Chloe. As long as I wasnt the one having to face her I, like most people, would have loved to see her in the final 2.
CHLOE'S QUESTIONS: 1) How do you think people have perceived you and your actions whilst you have been playing this game and how intentional was the perception you chose to give out? 2) How did you play and strategise in this game differently to how you would if you were playing the game in real life with real people?
BOB'S ANSWER: i think overall i have played the game fairly and nicely. i would think player's perceptions of me would generally be good but you never know what someone could be thinking. lol. naturally, i tried to get people to like me (i mean, duh, who wouldn't try??? lol). i've made some great friends through all of this whom i still talk to frequently. for the second part of your question, i think that in real life i wouldnt have been so open to people. i would be much more apprehensive of everything. when you are online, you can talk to people and not have to worry about others watching you and thinking you are making an alliance or betraying them. so it is nice not having to worry about that. i also would make sure of what i was going to say before i actually said it. online you can word everything just the way you want to, so it's easier to be clearer and get your point across. i have never played a REAL survivor game, so i dont really know what else i'd do differently.
LEX'S ANSWER: 1) I came to play, have fun and win. I think and hope people saw me as someone who was interesting and fun to talk with but at the same time knew that no matter how many jokes I may have made I was playing to win and when it came down to IC and TC time I was going to do what I needed to do to. It is the way I like to play these games it is the way I wanted to be perceived. I think the worst label you can get in these games is that of an under the radar player. That just means you didnt show any ability at all and no one thought you were strong enough to win ICs or nice enough to steal jury votes. 2) If I was playing in real life for a million dollars I would probably be a lot more devious and far more willing to lie and cheat. But ultimately my strategy would be the same. Try to form an alliance with the most trustworthy people I could find and try like Hell to win. We all have our price I guess.
