Well, this assignment is about learning the techniques of terrain mapping and  skybox. So, I activate I-Kart to race around in this 3D world so that the user can experience the effects of terrain maping and skybox while our dear I-Kart is racing on the track on a freaking pace.

Techniques Involved

A skybox is constructed to envelope this 3D world. This skybox gives the effect of the objects residing within a real world. To further enchance the realism of the scene, I incorporated terrain mapping in the form of height mapping. With proper texture mapping, the hills generated are pretty realistic. Lastly, I-Kart and his race track completes the entire world.
