No.  The investigation procedures into your employment status by the various governing bodies (CPP, EI, Worker’s Compensation Board, Labour Board  etc.) are all designed so that the worker does not need a lawyer. The process is not that complicated. You can do the whole thing for about 10 bucks (Postage and photocopying).  We will help guide you the whole thing.
