INTODUCTION OF THE ORGANIZATION
The Pakistan International Peace & Human Rights Organization (PIPHRO), which established in 2001, is an independent, non-profit, non-political & non-governmental organization, which proved that it has strong team spirit to carry out social activities of different nature in its area of operation which is district wise. This organization came into being with determination, commitment, and dedication. The fields of work of this organization are: 1.Peace. 2. Human Rights. 3. Education. 4. Health. 5. Justice. 6. Reproductive Health 7. Environment. 8. Conflict prevention. 9. Advocay.10.Gender balance. 11. Disaster Relief.12.Poverty Alleviation/Reduction. 13. Micro Finance.14.Development. Etc.
The organization has active 200 male and 50 female members, 04 female members are also a part of Executive Committee. Skills within the Organization include Teachers, Doctors, Advocates, electricians, health personnel, engineers, Land Lords, Farmers, Labours, Students and masonry.
THE MAJOR ACTIVITIES OF THE ORGANIZATION
PIPHRO has been working for the promotion of peace, human rights, prevention of war & terrorism. The fields of work of this organization are:

The major activities played by this organization from its inception are briefly described as under:
1. Tree Plantation campaign in the area, planting 100,000 plants.
2. Distribution of 1,000 dresses in deserving and intelligent students.
3. Distribution of 3 prizes in position holders each year since 2001 in 100 boys & girls schools.
4. Non-Formal school for poor children in Boolo Malla near Nindo Shaher. w.e.f. 17.05.2001.
5. Non-Formal School for poor children in village Budh Dasti U/C Nindo shaher.
6. Vocational Centre for women in the village of Boolo Mallah near Nindo Shaher. W.e.f.10.09.2001.
7. Peace walk for the end of Indo-Pak war in Nindo Shaher on 9.6.2002.
8. Walk in connection with Meera Walla incident before press club in Hyderabad on 09.07.2002.
9. Fifty free Medical camps in the various villages of Union Council Nindo Shaher.
10. Twenty Signature Campaign against child labour in different months.
11. Fifteen Awareness campaigns for the education of girls in the area.
12. Twenty five Awareness campaign for education of children and the stoppage of child labour.
13. Two hundred Meetings with the villagers to aware them of their rights in different villages in various dates.
14. Twenty Seminars on various issues in various places.
15. Regular publication of Monthly pamphlet in local languages (The Voice of Peace)
16. Lectures on various issues in Sachal Press Club Nindo Shaher.
17. Sanitation campaigns in the area of Nindo Shaher.
18. Regular and free supply of information on various jobs for unemployed and job seekers.
19. Free supply of informative material to the needy students.
20. Twenty Signature campaigns against torture on women.
21. Establishment of library at Nindo Shaher.
22. Construction of water supply Scheme at Khabar Bhoot.
23. Opening of 50 (CBOs) Community Based Organizations in various villages.
24. Establishment of Nursery at Nindo Shaher.
25. Legal Aid to 500 opperesed people.
26. Hundreds appeals to the concerened authorities for justice and Human Rights.
27. Letters to concerend authorities regarding the social political rights.
28 Distribution of medicines, clothes, food and pure water to the 1000 families in U/C Nindo shaher in recent rains and flood.
FUTURE PROGRAMMES
The Pakistan International Peace & Human Rights Organization has determination, commitment, and dedication to carry on and accomplish the following programmes in future.
MISSION
To provide free legal and psychological aid to the opperesd and poor masses.To bring about policy and institutional changes by mobilising deprived and marginalised communities with a view to creating such an environment in which the communities at local level may be able to trnsform their lives through the equitable and sustainable use of all resources.
To promote peace,human rights,education,health and eradicate hunger, saving the lives of people caught up in humanitarian crises, supporting the most vulnerable people at the most critical times of their lives, making them self=reliant and building their assests.
To work for the peace, welfare and betterment of every individual around the globe.
To work for the stoppage and end of every kind of war cruelty, injustice & suppression and the use of every type of the chemical and biological weapons.
To promote and support efforts for peace through disarmament and non-violent conflicts resolution between the world's nations and to find out the causes and prevention of conflicts in International relation.
To enhance peace and welfare of the individual in every sphere of the life & to create consciousness with respect to rights and obligations among individuals and to help the downtrodden & the deprived to get their rights.
To work for the rectification and implementation by Pakistan of Universal declaration of Human rights and other related covenants and protocols.
To co-operate with National and International organizations, associations, institutions, groups and individuals engaged in promoting peace and Human Rights.
To participate in meetings, seminars, conferences and walks on Peace, Human Rights , Education, Health, Justice, Gender Balance, Poverty alleviation and Environment at home and abroad.
To take necessary actions in preventing human rights violations and providing aid and assistance including legal aid to the victims of Human Rights violation and to individuals and groups striving to protect human rights and peace.
To receive and investigate reported unreported cases and allegations of human right violations and to recommend appropriate remedial actions to concerned authority.
To establish Human Rights protection houses for those who want legal aid, protection from political, religious, racial and social abuses.
To campaign against ever type of the violation of human rights & torture by any agency upon any person and to appeal to the Government and the international community to end further torture and Human Rights violation and abuses.
To understand the nature and origins of violence and its effects on both victim and perpetrator.
To promote awareness and to encourage the minorities about their basic rights provided under the International declaration.
To promote respect for others regardless of race, gender, age, nationality, class sexuality appearance, political or religious belief, physical or mental ability.
To create commitment to social justice, equity, equality and non-violence among the people and concern for the environment and understanding of our place in the eco-system.
To encourage the search for alternative or possible nonviolent skills and to equip children and adults with personal conflict resolution skills.
EDUCATION
To make efforts to raise and improve the standard of education, to achieve hundred percent literacy rate, to strive to reduce illiteracy rate in the rural areas and to make efforts to provide free education for all the people at their doorsteps by opening schools.
To open public libraries for general reading and help the people of world in many ways to get education.
To help through education in keeping the environment free from pollution by encouraging tree plantation stopping the cutting of forests and trees making the world evergreen.
To educate the people by formal, informal or non-formal ways and to promote awareness among the people about modern education viz. Computer, IT profession etc.
To enhance the capacity of the community in the areas of school management, financial management, quality education and parents participation.
To work as bridge for the public and private partnership in the education sector among communities to impart quality education initiative in the country.
To provide scholarships, free books and dresses to poor students to get education.
HEALTH
To create consciousness among youths, adults and women against drugs, narcotics and HIV-Aids and Hepatitis-B.
Protection of vital organs from diseases such as eyes, ears, teethes and whole body from diseases.
Prevention measures against heart and kidney attacks.
Awareness about the worst effects of drug abuse.
To make arrangements for medical camps and free medical dispensaries and hospitals for the needy people.
To make efforts for physical activities in the younger generation.
To work for population welfare and family planning.
To make the women aware of their basic rights, including family planning through education.
JUSTICE
To give free legal advises and aids to the needy in the following areas:
About their rights.
Criminal matters for poor victims.
Family matters.
Business matters.

Awareness of different aspects of Social issues.
Visiting places like District Jails, Central Jails and Darul-Amans etc to hear the problem of peoples.
To build the world with its charming colors without the poverty, human rights violations, cruelty, injustice, suppression, anarchy, monarchy, terrorism, tortures radicalism, prejudice and bias.
To make efforts to provide basic necessities of life such as drinking water, Medical relief, dowry to poor girls, drainage and other rural development schemes like model villages particularly to the people of remote areas living in small villages.
To promote people's empowerment and sustainable development, to assist refugees and migrant workers, to develop leadership and to provide relief and rehabilitation for the victims of disaster.
To address poverty alleviation, environment pollution social development in the country's poor and remote areas.
To establish welfare centers for disadvantaged.
