The picture on the right is of another building in the Kremlin (apparently there are 700 of them!), on the other side of Red Square.

The picture below is St. Basil's Cathedral, which is right next to the Kremlin.

This is The Church of Christ the Savior, the largest Russian Orthodox church in Moscow.  It was actually torn down in the 1930s.  Then it became a public outdoor swimming pool, which just closed in the early 1990s, when it was decided to rebuild the church.  It's located across the street from the metro station where I get off to go to the IUM.

This is the monument to Peter the Great, which is near the church of Christ the Savior.  It was actually apparently made for the US though, as a monument to Christopher Columbus for the 500th anniversary of Columbus' discover of the New World (1992).  But the US didn't want it, or couldn't afford it, or something, so the designer took out Columbus' statue and put in Peter the Great.  It's a joke around Moscow that the gold scroll in Peter's right hand is the American Declaration of Independence.
