This is the main building of Moscow State University, the building I live in.  On the left, just to the left of the telephone pole, you can see the shadow of the square top of a building.  That is still part of MSU.  There are four of those side wings.  The hostel that I live in, which is for international students, is in one of those wings.

Here's the building, from the opposite side, at night.  Sorry it's so blurry.  I wasn't using the flash so that the picture would be brighter, which meant that the camera used a longer exposure, which would have been fine, except that it was cold and I was shivering.  :)

The picture below is looking across Red Square.  The red building is the Historical Mu

if you look between the people standing at the fence, you can see several red flags.  While we were there, some representatives from the Communist Party came to visit the tomb (which we also went into).
