| Community Voices Well, whats done is done. Jim Stillman knows when hes been beaten. I want to congratulate Barbara Del Roca on winning a tough race, and I hope shell continue the progress weve made. Now, dont cry. Keep your chin up, or if you suffer from Wallaby Neck Disorder, rendering such actions impossible, tilt your upper body backwards ever so slightly so as to simulate the effect of keeping that chin high and proud. Ill move on, find something to do with myself. Ill have more time to devote to the hardware store, where every day were beating the prices found at those large receptacle retailers, or at least giving a modest effort to do so. And I plan on running for a spot on the Neighborhood Board, so that I can continue to be the voice for those of you who voted for me. You know who you are. And if you dont, look in the mirror, and youll see who Im talking about. So congratulations, Barbara. I know youll do a halfway-adequate job. Jim Stillman, civilian |
