A special meeting for young people between the ages of 18 and 40 was called by the newly revived Castillejos “Pinatubo” Jaycees on November 9, 2003 at the Municipal Session Hall of Castillejos, Zambales.The purpose of the meeting entitled "Opportunity to

Succeed" seminar was to acquaint the young people of this town with the activities of Junior Chamber and to explain how membership in this organization will benefit them and their community. Jonnabelle Lee, the Editor in Chief of Philippine Newsletter, the official publication of Philippine Jaycees Inc., conducted the seminar. The event is in partnership with Jollibee “Ulo ng Apo”. Junior Chamber is the largest young people's organization in the world, with more than 300,000 members in almost 10,000 communities located in more than 100 countries and territories.
