The first official gathering of Pinatubo JCs, the "Opportunity to Succeed" seminar, was held on November 9, 2003 at the Castillejos Municipal Session Hall to acquaint the young people of Castillejos with the activities of Junior Chamber. The seminar was conducted by Jonnabelle Lee, the Editor in Chief of Philippine Newsletter, the official publication of Philippine Jaycees Inc.

On December 1, 2003, officers and members of "Pinatubo" JC visited three high schools in Castillejos for an information campaign about HIV and AIDS The schools are Jesus Magsaysay High School, Jesus Magsaysay High School Annex and Saint Nicholas Academy.

The organization also supported the "Help Save Baby Kirby" project to help raise funds for the liver transplant of Kirby Erick Hizon of Barangay Magsaysay, Castillejos, Zambales, a one-year old baby with billiary atresia.

Another project of JC Castillejos was the photography seminar which was held on February 21, 2004. It was conducted by ZOOM Photo Club and was sponsored by Jollibee "Ulo ng Apo".
