Vision

Channeling the energies and idealism of today’s youth towards community service and self- development.


Mission

  • To promote the Chapter’s significance to its constituent community in the town of Castillejos by launching sustainable, innovative, creative and potentially award winning projects and activities to stir the interests of members and would be members towards community service;

  • To develop the maximum potentials of individual members by undertaking activities that is directed towards enhancing the leadership, personality, speech and entrepreneurship ability of each and every member;
  • To bring glory to the Chapter and pride to its members in its debut of Jayceeism through the practice of bidding for awards in national convention specifically the Civic Involvement Program Award, Public Relations Award, Best Sports Development Program Award and eventually Outstanding New LOM of the Year.
  • To establish a solid foundation for the survival and sustainability of this Chapter.

 

Strategies and Action Plans


Internal Affairs

Community Development. Directing the energies and interests of the regular members towards commitment to community service where the Jaycee movement is most needed. Initiate the development of projects that make a lasting impact on the community and eventually would become traditional in nature.

Individual Development. Emphasis on membership development by offering regular members with a balance of business and entrepreneurial training programs and skills development activities such as the “Reflexology Training and Basic Photography” seminars.

LOM Management. Encourage active participation of regular members in general creative prgrams and tie-up with local businesses.

 

External Affairs

Encourage the local populace to support community-relevant projects such as the “World Aids Day Awareness Campaign” and the “Save Baby Kirby Telethon”, to establish its positive presence in the town of Castillejos.

Develop closer ties with the Local Government of Castillejos to maximize the Chapter’s rich pool of talent vis-à-vis the real needs of the community.

 

National Affairs

  • Adopt a relevant program of extending relations and goodwill to other chapters through noteworthy joint community projects.
