Kirby Erick Hizon is a one-year-old baby who suffers from BILIARY ATRESIA, a rare liver condition wherein the bile ducts are absent, or are unable to convey bile out of the liver. Without any outlet, the liver eventually dies, normally within one year of the patient’s birth. Baby Kirby’s only hope is an immediate liver transplant. However, this will cost around Php3 million in Taiwan - something his family cannot afford to pay. Let’s give hope to Baby Kirby. Help him get liver transplant. |
