Joy has over 17 years of experience in property research and shopping center planning and management. Her expertise comes from working with the country�s acknowledged retail marketing trendsetters: the SM Group�s Shopping Center Management Corporation (SM City North EDSA and Megamall) and the Shangri-La Plaza Corporation where she was involved in the preparation of leasing plans and strategies, lease marketing and tenant administration policies and procedures. At Pilot, she has worked with most of the property clients, from conducting their preliminary market studies to strategizing their retail components. Owing to this extensive retail network, she has also been engaged by Citibank N.A. to support their numerous merchant establishment relations and customer loyalty programs both for the credit cards and the bank. Joy holds a Bachelor and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines. |
