| Pilot Consulting began its pioneering service in the Philippine Real Estate market. Its first and highly successful collaboration was that with the M.B. Villar Group's upmarket property development company, the Brittany Corporation. On the first year of the consultancy, gross annual sales was at P290 million and this grew to P540 million on the following year and was expected to reach P1.4 billion by the end of the third year. The total number of projects planned and launched during this period reached more than twelve and a mid-market subsidiary company, Crown Asia, was likewise established. These outstanding results rode the crest of the property boom during this period and other real estate clients quickly followed: � Grand Development Corporation (Metro Manila & Bataan) � Permanent Homes, Inc. (Metro Manila) � Imperial Group/Oriental Leisure Ventures (Calabar/Bicol) � Tagaytay Pacific Heights, Inc. (Batangas) � Tayabas Bay Properties, Inc., (Quezon) � Adelina Realty Corporation (Calabar) � Metro Verde Development Corp. (Baguio) � Terra Philippines, Inc. (Laguna) � Eastwood Holdings, Inc. (Quezon City) � Filinvest Land (Montebello Town) And because some of the projects employed a mixed residential/commercial use strategy, an allied service to property development was born: Commercial Center Management, and we were recruited into the planning teams for: � Magic Mall (Urdaneta, Pangasinan) � Motor Kingdom (anchor tenant of Pacific Mall) � Plaza Royale (Calamba, Laguna) � CM Mall (Bi�an, Laguna) � Sky City (EDSA) � Lighthouse Arcade (Batangas) � Designer Depot (Manila) Since the onset of the Asian flu in mid-1997, Pilot has consistently grown its division of non-property clients, by focusing on one of its core competencies: consumer marketing.
