What the PC's have done so far
 |
 |
 |
 |
The diverse talents of the hero’s are
what make them such a formidable
fighting force. The Hero’s have been
described by locals who have met
them as “luckier than three drunken
halfings”. It has proven to be true,
the group who sometimes appears to
be without a true leader usually
escapes the most deadly of situations
with nary a scratch on them. The
group which has yet to find its place
in the world or a nickname is made
up of Amir Boaz, Balak
Stonebreaker, Dexter, and Skylar.
The psuedo leader of the group is
the ranger Amir Boaz. Amir is pure
in both word and deed. He is one of
the luckier members of the crew, but
one wonders if it is his luck or his
rather extensive collection of magical
items. Amir posses the Lash of
Malloc a fearsome whip of great
magical power that thrice per day
may be made to send an oppenent to
his knees with a blast of electrical
energy. In his other hand Amir
wields a wicked curved dagger with a
ruby in the hilt this is often refered to
by the group as his dagger of slaying.
That is because of his propensity to
deal the killing blow with it. Often it
is the power of the whip that makes
the dagger so prodigious a killer.
Amir’s best qualities are his great
strength, his knowldge of the dark
forests, and his street smarts. Those
smarts have led the group astray a
time or two due mainly to the fact
that others have been more saavy
than he. As an experienced
woodsman and an excellent fighter
Amir makes an excellent addition to
the group. Amirs only fault appears
to be confidence, or over abundance
of it he rarely considers any option
other than kicking ass and taking
names although it has served the
group well so far.
Balak Stonebreaker is a dwarf of
many faces all of them a bit pink
cheeked with ale. He is an excellent
warrior in close up combat and has
recently aquired a taste for the
throwing of axes rather than just
slashing away with them. His lust for
slashing though is justifed for he
carries one of the greatest weapons
of all Ottriegar Salun - The Oath
Sealer. Oath Saler was a gift from
the ancient elven nation of
Odamalliar to the Dwaren Keep of
Thrigdar. The weapon was crafted
by the finest of elven smiths and
enchanted with many powers some
lost to time, but the most known ones
are indestructiblity, enchantment, and
protection. The axes which is so
lightly designed so as to be full of
holes seems as if it were to warp and
weave at a single blow is instead so
powerful that it will never lose its
edge let alone shatter its magnificent
blade. The axe is rumored to have a
partner - a long sword of the finest
construction crafted by the Dwares
for the Elves. The kingdom of
Thrigdar was lost into the sea during
a great upheaval, but perhaps
survivors remain and any such would
wish no harm to Balak for the
recovery of the Axe, but certainly
would like to see it returned to its
rightful owners. Enough about the
axe already the man who weilds it
has an incredible strength of both
body and spirit, and he always seems
to come up with an excellent idea or
thought when needed beliying his
less than scholarly nature. With a
taste for booze and a surly dispositon
Balak is carving out his own niche in
the party as skull spliter
extrordanaire.
Dexter, Dexter, Dexter that one name
says it all, from “I found this on the
ground” to “oops, sorry bout that”
Dex’ tomfoolery has gotten everyone
into and out of trouble numberous
times. Dexter has certainly matured
since his beginnings. The whole
have to survive on a desert island
thing kinda made him grow up a little,
or else everyone else would have
killed him. Dexter is an
accomplished aquirer of obejects,
shiny things motivate him. He has
more luck than skill right now, but for
someone of his intellectual
disposition that is probably a good
thing. Contrary to the others when
things dont go his way Dex is the first
one out the door, although he usually
has to come right back through it to
help his friends especially “the nice
elf”. Dex has a keen eye with his
thowning daggers, and usually makes
an impression on folks with his
blazing hand speed, the boy is as
quick as greased chain lightning.
Hard luck has made a lasting
impression on Dexter as well once he
was as at home in the water as on
land, but ever since a rather nasty
shark hell bent on revenge almost
ripped his left leg off he has had a
little bit of a limp which has hamper
some of his skills, but not to any
great degree. When all is said and
done some times it is better to have a
lucky theif than a good theif.
Last but not least of the group is the
arch-mage Skylar. Skylar tends to
take a lot of crap from the group
because his name is Skylar. Skylar
has proven to be a handy addition to
the group with a well placed spell
now and then either in offense or
defense. He is also the most
mysterious of the group. No one
really knows quite what he is about
yet. He helps the group by adding
much needed intellengence. Skylar
is fluent in many languages and he
also tends to know some surprising
facts about things that no one else
seems to know, almost like a trivia
buff. Being the most mysterious
member of the group is a hard task,
when i asked him about it he only
replied NO COMMENT. But
seriously folks, no one knows wether
Skylar will ever make his true
intentions known, but as for now he is
another excellent addition to the
team.
