Now, just a word about me. I am a retired piano teacher who got turned on to genealogy a few years ago by a couple of events that happened more or less simultaneously. The first was my sons discovery of genealogy on the Internet, and his telephone call late one night telling me that he had found his father, his grandfather and his great grandfather listed there. Well, that did it! I guess the desire to find my ancestors had been there all the time, so I started out cautiously seeing what I could find.
The second event was some eye problems that forced me to bring my piano teaching to an early close in the spring of 2000, and the discovery that these problems did not hamper my work at the computer! So I was off and running and I havent stopped since!
In the last year I have come in contact with well over 30 living cousins, a benefit that I never expected from this search for those in my past! Having grown up in a small family and not living anywhere near the relatives that I did have, I find the contact with all of these people very enriching and rewarding!
My husband, Murray, has retired twice, most recently in January of 2003. He was an Episcopal minister who specialized by working as an "Interim" in parishes who had just lost their Rector, or in others who were needing his skills as a reconciler. His hobby is model trains and computers, but he is an interested onlooker with my genealogy.
We have lived on the East Coast for all of our married lives, having come east from our home in Ohio in 1953. We spent 10 years in Boston, almost 20 in West Hartford, CT, and have been in Wilmington, DE, for over 21 years. My, time does fly!
Our family consists of two grown children, Glenda and Andrew, who are both married. We have five grandchildren from 4 to 23 years of age. Our three older step-grandchildren are the daughters of Andrew's wife, Margaret. The two younger grandchildren are the sons of our daughter, Glenda, and her husband, Tony. Michael is 8, and Ryan had his 4th birthday in November (see picture above). We also have 3 step-great-grandsons and one step-great-granddaughter, children of Margaret's daughters. Chuckie will be 5 in Jan., Mason Ryan was 2 on Nov. 1 (see picture of Mason above), Imagen Marie will be 2 January 29th, and Christopher was 1 on April 11th this year.

Well, lets get on to genealogy! I will tell you what I know about each surname, and perhaps leave some questions for others to answer.
