September 25, 1996 - The woman in the photo hijacked a taxi cab from Palm Springs and ended up on I-10 in Rialto, closing the freeway for hours.  Every news organization was present at this incident but only myself and Chuck a photographer from KCBS got the shot of the person that caused all this mayhem. Her weapon of choice to hijack the cab - a curling iron.
