| Street numbers melted on the brick wall of one of the first homes to burn. The chimney stands in the background. This was the 1st photo I took at the fire. |
| The smoke was so thick firefighters parked a few feet away couldnt see the eaves of this home ablaze. They were told about it and extinguished the fire, saving the house for awhile. Three hours later I came back and it was fully engulfed. If the residents had not evacuated they could have saved it. It was the last home on the block to be destroyed. |
