Rescues

Rescue ratties are those poor rats without a permanent place to call home.  Being a rescue doesn't mean that they are not wonderful companions, it just means that for some reason the rat was unable to remain at its previous home.  All rescues accepted into Phoenix Ashes are entitled to all their rights (food, water, shelter, medical care, and plenty of loving attention).  

Any rat not placed into a loving family will continue to remain at Phoenix Ashes until a suitable one can be found; because of this I can only take in a limited number of rescues at a time.

If you have rats that are in need of a place to stay while they find a new home please email me to see if I can take in rescues.  For more information about the surrendering process, please read this.
