Carver Lake Veterinary Center  My vet located in Woodbury, MN.  Each of the three vets is knowledgeable and friendly with rats.  The price is slightly expensive, but it is the most knowledgeable care in Woodbury.

Bluemound Animal Hospital, Brookfield WI.  Dr. John Wertz is my primary veterinarian in Milwaukee.  He is very good with rats and has owned them in the past.  His price is very reasonable.
