| Preparation time: 5 minutes. |
| Cooking time: 10 minutes. |

Ingredients: |
| 350 g fresh pasta |
| Olive oil |
| A tin of peas. |
| 200g tomatoes (chopped) |
|
Method: |
| 1. Cook the fresh pasta in salted boiling water for 5 or 6 minutes. |
| 2. In a frying-pan heat the oil, add the peas and cook, stirring for 1 or 2 minutes. |
| 3. Add the tomatoes and 2 spoonfuls of tomato flavouring. |
| 4. Cook for 1 minute. |
| 5. Mix in the pasta. |
| 6. Sprinkle with
Parmesan cheese.
