Emergency Pasta

 

 

Preparation time: 5 minutes.
Cooking time: 10 minutes.
Serves: 4.
 

Ingredients:

350 g fresh pasta
Olive oil
A tin of peas.
200g tomatoes (chopped)
 

Method:

1. Cook the fresh pasta in salted boiling water for 5 or 6 minutes.
2. In a frying-pan heat the oil, add the peas and cook, stirring for 1 or 2 minutes.
3. Add the tomatoes and 2 spoonfuls of tomato flavouring.
4. Cook for 1 minute.
5. Mix in the pasta.
6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
