Classic TV and Film theme tunes, take an hour or so and wade through these classics, most of them are here, only a few are missing, such as transformers. Be warned though, these are for entertainment purposes only, and must not be misused or the copyrights infringed.
The best Kraftwerk site I have ever found. Includes entire tracks from The Mix and lots of miscellaneous stuff.
Slime Sports some of the best, simplest, and most addictive single and multiplayer games around.
Addicting Games, Free Arcade, Happy Puppy, Mousebreaker, Nabisco World, Candy Stand, Geon and Newgrounds all have good selections of games on.
Norbert's Emulators has some classic games, but only play them if you've got the original!

Renketsu, The karate club I regularly train at, which has a range of information about karate, and some detailed articles written by the instructor.
Karate the Japanese Way is a comprehensive karate site, with lots of good articles.
24 Fighting Chickens is a sometimes contraversial but nevertheless well informed and in depth site for the advanced and beginner.
The Tribe's site, find out about gigs, and a lot of other good stuff particularly the message board.
A great scientific creation site, with lots about Christianity in general as well.
A great comedy site, done by Paul 'Mr Biffo' Rose. See especially the Top Tens. Warning:some of the content on this site is a bit explicit.
This is a great comedy site, despite the name. There is a huge archive, which is well worth the look.
To find some Man Diary entries, got to Bell 101. 100% Pure Comedy, moc-moc-a-moc.
