Operating Procedures:>

Filling log Books has become a problem for many, filling in wrong details and some not submitting at all. All filled Log Sheets must be torn off and sent to one 's senior who will in turn send them to Transport every month end. Log sheets must be in by the 5th of every month the latest

I have put in a properly filled Log sheet as an example for you to see. below The following details must be clear nomatter where you live:

  • Total Kilometres travelled
  • Total Home to Work
  • Total Business Distance travelled
  • Total private Mileage(this excludes home to work)

This should be able to come up with zero(0) figure balance on our computers.

Log sheets must be in by the 5th of every month the latest
