We NEED your PERRIGO data..... Help US create the largest Perrigo Repository on the Internet. To further all of our heritage, won't you please share your Perrigo data with all Perrigo researchers? This includes all various spellings, geographical area's, religions & races....
LINEAGE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
1. You must put the words PERRIGO DATA in your email to me with the attachment or Gedcom.
If you do not do this, I will not open your attachment!!!!!!2. You must include a valid email address and your mailing address. This is required as email address often change... Your data will not be posted if the above information is not included.
3. Remove all dates on living people in your tree if you do not want it listed as I will not edit your data and or information.
4. Email me a gedcom or chart of your Perrigo tree.
5. If you have specific question, please email me Addie Morrissey and I will answer any question you may have.
PHOTO Submission Instructions :
1. Photos should be saved in a JPG or JPEG format. This is the best for compression and resolution.
2. Make certain you put the words "PERRIGO DATA" in the subject of your message and include your mailing address. If you do not, I will not open your attachment.
3. Please contact me Addie Morrissey if you are not able to email your photo's and I will send you my snail mail address. The photo's will be scanned and placed on the Perrigo web site. For your convenience, I can save your photo to a floppy and return to yo with the photo if you would like. You must advise me of this request and you should include a s.a.s.e.. for the return of your data.
4. Make certain you tell me any of the following if known about the photo(s): Ancestors name & Date of photo
CENSUS Data Submission :
1. List the ancestors name, age and family status.
2. List year of census including Town, Township, Village, County & State.
3. List page of census or you can send a scanned image of the census.
4. Email a copy of the census to me.
VITAL Record Submission :
1. Email scanned document to Addie Morrissey and it will be placed on the site. Make certain to put PERRIGO Data in the subject of your message. Also in the body of your message include all information known regarding the attached document.
2. Email name of ancestor.
3. Name the event, year and location. If the event is a marriage, include data on spouse. If obituary transcribe and email to Addie Morrissey or contact her for the mailing address in which to send a photocopy to.
4. The document in question can be scanned and emailed to me.
