Provided by Scott Johnson - OUR OWN Mr. ROBERT BISHOP... Robert E. Bishop, well-known educator in the Sault area for many years, died April 8, 1992 at the Manatee Memorial Hospital in Brandenton, Fla.   He received his formal education in Marquette and held degress from Northern Michigan University and Michigan State University. He was a teacher in the Sault school system for years, became assistant superintendent for elementary education, and later was on the faculty at NMU.   He is survived by his wife, Juliana; son, Roswell (Pete); granson; and great-granddaughter.   Private memorial services will be held this summer.   Memorials may be made to the Robert Bishop Scholarship Fund, State Band of Caledonia, 303 N. Arlington, Middleville, MI, 49333.
Provided by Joel Perrigo - Alice F. Wheeler HOOKSETT - Alice F. Wheeler, 95 of 31 Alice Ave., died Wednesday. May 17, 2000, at her home following a lengthy illness. Born in Bow on Jan. 20, 1905, she was the daughter of Walter and Grace (Griffin) Perrigo. She had resided in Hooksett for the past 14 years, former1y living in Derry. Mrs. Wheeler was the founder and proprietor or The Spacetown Motel in Londonder, where the Cracker Barrel Restaurant is now located. She was a charter member of the Church of the Nazarene in Hooksett. Mrs. Wheeler was predeceased by her husband, Herbert A. Wheeler, in 1990, and by a stepdaughter, Pauline Bennet, in 1996. Family members include a daughter, Mrs. John (Natalie) Holstead of Hookset, and Temple City, Calif.; three grandchildren; four greatgrandchildren; a sister-in-law; two brothers-in-law; five nephews; and a cousin. Peabody Funeral Home of Derry handled the arrangemnents. Memorial donations can be made to World Missions, c/o Hooksett Church of the Nazarene, 7 Silver Ave., Hooksett NH 03106.
Provided by Addie Morrissey - LITTLE BOY PERRIGO DEAD - Justus Keith, the 8-year-old son of Mr. & Mrs. Hiram Perrigo died Tuesday of this week of appendicitis, and funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 at the Christian church conducted by J.A. Scott, the minister. Besides his parents he leaves six brothers and sisters, a
grandmother, and a number of relatives. The boy was born November 29, 1922
