APPLICATION


Signing up is easy! Applications can be found at most of the sponsors’ locations or printed from this website. You can also register online by submitting an email to [email protected] with all the information on the application. PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE ALL INFORMATION, INCLUDING A STATEMENT THAT YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH THE RULES IN THE "OREGON BICYCLE MANUAL"! (An online application to submit is coming soon). If you do apply online, you can pay the registration fee via PayPal to [email protected].  Each participant must raise at least $15 to ride, and this money can be raised from people you know prior to the event. Cyclists must first familiarize themselves with the “Oregon Bicycle Manual”. Checks for at least $15 should be made out to “Pedal for Pets”. If you earn $30 or more, you will receive a T-shirt. The more money you earn, the more prizes you have the chance to receive at the event, and more importantly, THE MORE LIVES YOU SAVE!!!

You can also apply and pay the $15 registration fee on the day of the event at Churchill HIgh School. Applications will be available--just make sure you arrive on time for the ride you wish to be in!
