| relections when i first heard this song, i was amazed. it honestly floored me. this isn't exactly a topic songwriters like to write about. how hypocritical christians can be... it exposed the less 'glamourous' side of us and it scared me. i mean, it stripped us down and said, 'look, we're basically no different from the rest of the world'. it's so scary to see how that's our church, like, i've been one to give out the sideway glances and to judge a person by their looks and it really hit the nail on the head. i think it's a powerful song with a powerful meaning we all need to be reminded of time and time again. |
