We Believe the Scriptures to be divinely inspired and the record of God's revelation of Himself dealing with man. They reveal God's righteousness, man's sinfulness, and the utter hopelessness that will result if reconciliation though Jesus Christ is rejected.
We Believe God is an intelligent, spiritual, and personal Being. His nature and character are of complete righteousness, perfection, holiness and love. His character is revealed in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
We Believe Jesus is the second person of the Trinity. God incarnate. Conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary - completely God and completely man - yet without sin. He is the only mediator between man and God through which Salvation comes.
We Believe the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity - God's present revelation of himself and dealings with man are by and through His Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit convicts man of sin, then draws him (man) to God through Jesus Christ. The Spirit guides man on his journey through life.
We Believe Salvation is attained only by God's grace and through personal faith in Jesus Christ. Ephesians 2:8-9 Man's only part in salvation is to freely accept what Jesus accomplished on the Cross.
We Believe the Local Church is a redeemed, baptized (immersed), and called out group of people. Its mission is to fulfill the Great Commission. Matt. 28: 18-20
We Believe God Will End the World (eschatology) in an act of judgment. Prior to that, believers in Christ will be " called out" and "caught up" to forever be with the Lord.
