A Word from our Pastor:

Recently, when the youth group from Fellowship Baptist Church in Vienna visited we were treated not only to a great service with puppets, interpretative movement and music, but we also saw first hand the results of an effective youth program. The young people who were here were in high school an college students and it was obvious they were committed to Jesus Christ. They will be tomorrow’s leaders in whatever church they attend.

We need to think in terms of helping our children make the transition from childhood to adolescence with a firm set of Christian values. It is not only an opportunity but also a responsibility. God’s value system is not the same as the world’s values. Let’s keep our children’s Sunday school teachers and youth leaders in our prayers.
