are the steps that installers can take to resolve the AOL 7.0
installation issue on XP OEM machines. These instruction are
for TWC trained installers only. Please forward ALL AOL
members to AOL Member Services to resolve this issue. Please
review and let me know if you have any questions.

Issue:
AOL 6.0 begins to install when installing the AOL 7.0 Client
on XP OEM machines.
Steps
to Resolution:
1.
Rename AOL60US.EXE to AOL60US.OLD. Run CSWITCH.EXE.
2.
If step 1 fails, Rename
ONLINE SERVICES folder. Run CSWITCH.EXE.
3.
If step 2 fails, Call
AOL Member Services.
